Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The unit was as described. The location was convenient to all amenities. It wEasily slept our group of 8. The day we arrived the wifi was down. I called the office and maintenance (Paul) arrived shortly later. He said we would need a new modem and would receive one the next morning (Easter Sunday). The next day noone called or mentioned the modem. I went to the front office and was told I would get one, again, in the morning. Monday we received a new modem, but but no login info. The next day, again, I went to the office and was told the "guy" with the passwords would be in tomorrow. I went back to the office Wednesday morning and everyone seemed confused. We never had wifi or live TV for the 5 night/6 day stay. The TVs were in guest mode and required internet to do anything. Very disappointing. I needed to work during our stay, so after a couple days I spent most of my morning in a local Starbucks to use the WiFi. Nothing was ever mentioned about compensation for no wifi or tv for the 6-day stay. At $500/night it's a shame that a major amenity like wifi/cable was unavailable for the entire trip and we never got a single follow-up or compensation. Do better Sandpiper Cove and unit owners.
