Superb spacious apartment with stunning views!
The apartment and the town are even better than they were last time we stayed. Friendly booking service, really handy location near everything you need, and it was quiet in the building and grounds. Our children had the pool to themselves (swimming pool water probably a bit cold for parents in April)! We had great sunshine for eating out, walks and going to beach. We liked the daily evening craft market and the funfair in the tourist centre of town.
This review is for our other apartment, in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain. The Marbella apartment is still great, but at the moment there is a long term tenant so it is not available.
Great family location on hillside overlooking Med
Great location ideal for families. The apartment has ideal layout with a super large roof terrace accessed by metal spiral staircase not entirely ideal for youngsters or people with mobility problems. But there is a nice lower terrace which has a nice view over the well maintained gardens/ swimming pools. It was very clean on entry all ready for our holiday. Sergio the manager was very helpful and when our water heater broke down he acted very quickly and had it replaced. The Port of Cabopino and beach/restaurants are only 5 minutes in the car and its one of our favourite places for the last 10 years. There is a minimarket across from the apartment block and a very nice bar /restaurant which we used a few times a week, friendly service was super. The development itself is well laid out with well maintained mature gardens also security is good. I can recommend this apartment and will definitely use it again.
I don't think the star rating was correct, as Lesley rated it as five star and recommended as superb.

The first person you may meet is the caretaker who will put himself out to get you to your apartment without problems we phoned him as departing the airport and he was there to greet us at the entrance to the complex.
The apartment was very clean and once the air conditioning was set up it was nice and cosy, Although it was the winter season the little shop over the road was open 10am till 2 and 5pm till 9pm,
The beds where comfortable and clean linen provided extra blankets if needed. The kitchen provided everything that we needed plenty of kitchen and tableware, The deposit for cleaning and breakages was returned within a couple of days after my return to the UK.
All in all a great stay and value for money, I am looking to book another stay later on this year.
Had a wonderful 2 week holiday with perfect weather. Penthouse was lovely and clean and provided anything you could need for a holiday. Have been to area before so knew location and surrounding facilities already. Very nice sandy beach which doesnt get too busy. Lovely restaurants and bars at the marina.
Nicely positioned property with great views in a quiet area with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Beach and Marina is in walking distance if you like walking however would recommend a car if with kids who moan at up hill walking !!
All in all fantastic holiday that we didnt want to come home from.
We have now had three holidays at this property and can't recommend it highly enough. The owners arranged for us to be picked up from the airport, saving us the hassle of rentals and taxis. The property was beautifully clean, with lovely fresh linen and all of the facilities we could wish for. We last stayed at May half-term and had the pool and gardens to ourselves for much of the week. The convenience of the great little shop over the road (safe enough for our sons to pop over for ice-creams) meant that we could happily have spent the full week soaking up the sun and not moving from the apartment! In the evenings it was a joy to sit on the balcony or sun terrace with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the sea and the mountains. As most of the neighbours actually live there, rather than just being holiday guests, the nights are quiet and peaceful. If you want clubs and pubs, you will have a way to travel. This location is for families and couples rather than party animals! We would happily return yet again. Highly recommended.
Yes, there is just one lovely new restaurant and bar, very near (next to the shop), but more pubs, restaurants and bars are 20 minutes walk, at the entrance to the development, and further down by the beach.

English language freeview channels, air conditioning, power, water, an infant travel cot and buggy, swimming, parking, key holding, meet and greet, booking and p&p etc are all included. Clean linen (bedding) and towels are provided, including plenty of towels for the beach or pool. The only compulsory extra cost is the local management charge (usually 70 euro or £60), for laundry and bedding. This cleaning fee is not per week, it is just one payment between you per stay, at 70 euro for four persons or fewer, plus 10 euro per extra guest over 4 guests, including babies and pets. For example, a family of five would pay 80 euro or the equivalent in £. This just covers one clean, for the change over and preparation which occurs between each booking. We request £100 returnable security deposit as a precaution against damage, keys not returned, etc.
