Guest access
Guests have full access to the parking spot, their private apartment, and the shared backyard. Please note, the backyard is shared with other guests, but there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy!
Other things to note
**Important Info to Know:**

1. **Parking:** Reserved just for our guests!

2. **Internet:** We do provide internet, but since it can be spotty here in Puerto Rico, we recommend having a backup like a hotspot—especially if you're working from home.

3. **Lost Key:** Misplacing a key will result in a $200 replacement fee. Please use the lockbox when you leave the property.

4. **Towel Care:** Help us keep the white towels in great shape! A $15 fee applies for each stained towel.

5. **Energy Conservation:** Please close doors when using the A/C, and don't forget to turn off the lights and close the windows when heading out.

6. **No Smoking:** Smoking of any kind (including vaporizers) is not allowed indoors. If there's evidence of smoking, a $300 cleaning fee will apply.

7. **Late Check-Out:** Unscheduled late check-outs will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay. We appreciate your understanding!
