2 bedroom oceanside condo. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen Sleeps 7: Room #1 has a full size bed and twin trundle . Room #2 has a full size bed and pull out twin trundle. Living room has a full size pull out.
Enjoy the outdoor living space that features an inviting eating area, upstairs bistro table, gas grill, 2 outdoor showers, and a private side yard safe for young children.
A lease will be emailed upon your confirmed booking and must be signed and completed within 48 hours.
The space

The following amenities are included in the Property: Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Over the Range Microwave, Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Wi-Fi, Four LBT Beach Badges. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products may be available in the Property for use.
NOT INCLUDED:
Linens & Towels. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages.
Address: 2 E 30th Street, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008 ***Please be aware the GPS may bring you to a different 30th Street on LBI. When you come over the causeway (bridge) , make a right on Long Beach Blvd toward Beach Haven. The condo is located in Beach Haven Gardens (NOT 30th St in Ship Bottom) just a few blocks past Terrace Tavern & Howard’s Restaurant. Make a left (at the traffic light) onto 30th Street and the house is the second on the right.
You will use the staircase on the side of the house to access Unit D
The house is set back off of the street with a rock driveway for parking. You are allowed two parking spots in front of the house. Parking is on an angle (to the left) to allow room for all other guests.
Owner will provide Guest with an access code, which will unlock the main entrance door to the Property. It will be emailed 1 week prior to check-in. Guest is not allowed to share this access code.
