Feels like home
Upon arriving the house was 78 degrees, maybe maintenance forgot to turn down . Reached out to management and response was immediate. Pool was awesome to float in , Walmart really close didn’t have to drive main hwy to get there. Disney 10 mins away. Definitely would rent again.
No control of the ac- house was hot!
Overall bad. We were asked if we wanted pool heat for an extra fee, we paid the fee. However, the pool heat was never turned on. We have not received a refund. The hot tub does not work. The house has a nest controlled air conditioner with a code. You are unable to change the temperature. The ac was set to only turn on if the house reached 85 degrees. So most of the time the house around 80 degrees inside. We messaged the property manager about this and did not receive a response however, on our last day in the house they finally changed the ac to turn on when the house got to 72 degrees. The house itself is big and has plenty of room. But because of being charged for a service that was not provided and also having to sleep in a hot house for the duration of our stay that’s the reason for a low star rating. If those issues had been resolved than I would have provided a better overall review. We messaged the property manager about these issues multiple times during our stay but nothing ever happened. Except for the ac temperature changing on our final day.
disappointed - would not book again
We arrived to a HOT & DIRTY house. Apparently there was some mix up and the house hadn't been cleaned, the AC hadn't been turned on & the pool heat wasn't running yet.
The next day, there was a lady who came by (from property mgmt company) - she was helpful and actually very nice, which was the only reason we stayed. She dealt with the cleaners who came in and did a good job - well enough to stay but it was a very disappointing start to our vacation - we lost 2 days waiting to use the home properly.
I was told we would get 1 night credit (should be more for all the inconvenience) but that hasn't happened yet.
The house was big enough - carpets were in rough shape, the house had an old feeling and needs a refresh.
