Everything was clean and beautiful! The pool and hot tub were clean as well and we loved every minute of it. Would recommend it and use it again!

A few kinks, but overall good.
First of all, the house is very nice and comfortable. The furniture is a great quality, everything was very clean. High ceilings, nice beds, good traditional decor...really a very nice comfortable house. The living space is a bit small for the amount of people that can stay there, but we spent most of our time outside so that didn't affect us. The pool is very small, but perfect for kids. It's a very nice hot tub, great jets. There is a nice outside upstairs covered porch with super comfortable furniture that overlooks the pool. The location is great, we were able to get to Disney and back quickly. We also visited the 7 eagles pool a lot too (can't remember for sure if that's what it was called), which was very nice and large.
When we arrived, the pool pump was broken. We had paid for pool heat (it was $$$ in my opinion). Jeeves was really good about responding quickly, and sending someone out who couldn't really help, but then after us calling back the next day there were good about scheduling a pool guy to come out the next day. So he came out fixed the pump, everything was still cold (including the spa). So we called them back the day after (day 3 now), and they sent someone out, apparently they forgot to turn on the heat breaker (which we didn't have access to), but they didn't stop to explain the system, just turned it on and left before I could even catch him. So now we had a breaker on, but no clue how to operate. They have a big book, but it said to do something from in the house. Anyways, called again, and someone came out to instruct us... and the rest of the week it worked great.
They refunded us half the pool heat cost.
One more thing, there are a lot of things to read in their manual (how to take the trash out correctly without getting charged, check out instructions, washing towels etc.) so check all that out.
Overall, I still had a wonderful experience, and they had good customer service, just needed a bit more communication.
