C'est un de nos plus hauts appartements de la qualité disponible pour les loyers de la fête dans Estepona. La propriété a trois chambres (il peut dormir 8) et est fendu plus de deux niveaux; deux chambres et deux salles de bains en haut et une chambre supplémentaire avec un salon et cuisine et deux salles de bains en bas. Les pièces sont extrêmement grandes comparé avec beaucoup de nouvelles propriétés sur le marché du loyer. Les terrasses sont aussi une dimension très généreuse et fournissent beaucoup d'espace de plein air pour se délasser. La terrasse vient aussi capable avec un barbecue de la qualité, chaises longues du soleil et table dînant et chaises. La chambre du maître du dessus revendique aussi une grande terrasse avec extra places assises. L'appartement est présenté partout avec mobilier moderne de qualité supérieure. C'est complètement air conditionné et le salon fournit la télévision du Ciel Entièrement (vous pouvez apporter votre carte de la télé du Ciel avec vous pour regarder des programmes de la télé anglais supplémentaires) si vous cherchez alors le haut accommodement de la qualité pour votre séjour dans Estepona cet appartement vous conviendrait parfaitement.

Just back from 2 weeks in this apartment in estepona. It was great.
The apartment was lovely. Lots of space and very well equipped. Really central and possible to walk everywhere.
Only drawback was keys. Another set of keys would have been ideal. We had 2 sets. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will return
Spacious and clean we had a lovely week. The BBQ area is a nice touch. We went in April so the outdoor pool was too cold though a couple of our group braved it. With beach stuff and kids it took about 15 mins to walk to el christo beach, great for kids, and the walk into the old town 20 mins but kids enjoyed play areas en route. We visited the paleo museum and enjoyed a local flamenco evening but not very touristy all in all and it would be better to hire a car to visit sites further afield.
Unfortunately the property faults were the smell from drains and the unreliable wifi. Hopefully they will sort that.
It is a pity that people want to tell the world about the bad things which can be sorted out by the owner and the managing agents if they talk directly while tey are here. We work very hard to give people an enjoyable holiday and we try to improve things all the time. Getting things like reliable internet in Spain is not like getting it in the UK - its all much harder here as they are not so advanced. Anybody reading this review , please think twice about all the hard work that goes into providing a property and all the cleaning staff that have a job etc. that you are affecting by writing a bad review. Tell the agent about the problems and not the world please as it is not a nice thing to do and problems can normally always be sorted out. Thank you for your understanding.
Anyway, to let you know that we were waiting for Fibre optics to become available in this block and I am pleased to elt you know that it did become available last week finally and has been installed and is now working great. This was not our fault but we are at the mercy of the providers here and we cannot do anything about it. It does work really well now.
The drains had a blockage in the main building which was caused by the huge rains that we had. This has now been cleared and it does not smell any more. This is one of our best most popular properties and please do not let these comments put you off. The apartment was fab, everything you need is in there. Very clean and well presented and it's close to the port, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be going back there in the near future!!!

300m du port de Estepona, 400m de la plage. L'appartement est localisé seulement derrière le supermarché Supersol sur le côté opposé de la route de l'entrée à Port Estepona. L'appartement est dans le milieu de l'urbanisation qui le rend une des propriétés les plus tranquilles disponible dans la région. L'urbanisation est gated et très sûr. Il y a beaucoup d'espace autour des jardins et deux piscines pour vous pour utiliser. L'appartement porte de devant est localisée en haut un vol d'escalier ou il y a un ascenseur à tous les niveaux. Le Port Estepona est loin approximativement 5 minutes, le supermarché le plus proche est approximativement 4 minutes et le centre de ville peuvent être entrés dans approximativement 20 minutes. Tout compte fait une base de la qualité idéale pour votre fête dans Estepona.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
