First I couldn't change the heart on how did I enjoy my stay from I loved it to NOT REALLY. I should have read the reviews posted before paying for the unit. The place looks as if nothing has been done in years especially painting. My living room in my house looked better than the place and I haven't had it painted in 7 years. There weren't any updates done in many, many years (maybe since the place was bought) There was a strong chemical smell coming from the condo and it was either the furniture, which looked like flea market/dumpster or the ventilation system. Couldn't open bedroom window because there was no framing on one side and the window was held closed with a rotting piece of wood. Screen door was rusty and you had to force it open and then it would stay stuck iin one place. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, there was rust on the ceiling over the shower. There was more but I would rather forget the experience. Even left a day early. Don't even consider this property. I'm going to try and check out a place before renting again. You not only paid the owner but there was an additional fee for the rental agency and they should have been aware of the condition of the place. Very, very disappointed. And you had to pay to use the Internet.
