Much better than camping in the rain!
Location was great! The layout was a little funny but still totally functional.
We're glad to hear you enjoyed our place but not a high bar to pass: our townhouse being "much better than camping in the rain."
You are welcome back any time.

Had a great stay, would absolutely come back!! Very clean, accurately described, detailed instructions, well equipped, convenient location. Our first trip to Whistler, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back, Gary’s place would be my first choice for a return visit.
Thank you for your review and glad you had a good time in our favorite place in the world.
Excellent stay at this place
We had a wonderful experience at this place, its location is perfect as we attended the ironman competition held at whistler village, the underground parking is also nice and secure. The owner is very kind and allowed us to have a late checkout too :) if the renting price at your preferred dates is within your affordability i highly recommend this place, the owner also forgot to mention that there is an outdoor pool (3-5 ft) in the area :)
Great Whistler Condo!
My family of 6 enjoyed staying at this condo (4 adults, 2 11 year olds)! It was conveniently located just a short walk to the free bus that took us to the lifts.
The town is literally across the street, so we were able to grab a few groceries and also enjoy all the shops and restaurants without ever needing to get in the car.
The condo was clean and the king bed downstairs was so comfortable!! Having a private hot tub was a definite perk! Nothing like relaxing in the hot tub after a full day on the slopes! And speaking of slopes, you can actually see them from the upstairs balcony!
There were plenty of towels, washclothes, blankets and pillows. There was also plenty of storage space in drawers and closets! The washer and dryer worked great and are a must have on a ski trip when you need to dry your wet gloves, wet jackets, etc and it allowed for us not to have to pack so many clothes bc we just washed a load while we were there.
The storage area at the front door was awesome for all our ski gear so we never had to carry it up and down the stairs.
The parking spot in the garage is conveniently located just under the condo which made for easy unloading and loading of our car!
My family would definitely stay here again, and Gary provided great info beforehand and again printed out in the condo upon our arrival!
FYI for those with thick hair... Bring your own blow-dryer and the shower pressure is a bit low compared to what I'm used to so it took a little longer to fully rinse my hair.
And if I could make any changes, I would say having some larger dishwasher safe plastic cups would have been nice. I didn't want to take glass on the balcony, and the pull out mattress could be replaced, but it worked for my 11 year old. I don't think an adult would be comfortable as it was pretty thin.
Overall, I still give it 5 stars for value, comfort, location, private hot tub and exactly as described!!
Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!
Good place at a fair price
Spent a nice week at Glacier Reach in March 2019. The condo was clean and comfortable. Some things in the kitchen could be improved (stove burners didn't work so well, knives were very dull) and window blinds downstairs were a bit janky, but otherwise a great place to stay in Whistler. Note that the garage parking height is 6'10" (210 cm) so taller vehicles with a rooftop ski box might not fit.
Not as advertised!
The hot tub wasn’t hot and it took him 2 days to get the repair guy out. When he finally came, he didn’t have a replacement filter and came back in the morning. By that time the hot tub was in the 50s and it took another 30 hours to warm up because of the Arctic Outflow. The place was grungy. Almost all of the dishes, utensils, cookware etc, needed to be scrubbed before use. There was not enough bedding for all the beds, we had to remove the twin sheets from the sofa sleeper to turn the King bed into two twins. One of the sofa sleepers wouldn’t open and the other had a paper thin mattress so bad a 5 yr old couldn’t get comfy. Do not look under the beds unless you have a strong stomach, it hasn’t been swept in ages. No TV service, he said to use Netflix or Amazon . But our US accounts weren’t valid in Canada! No stereo, no way to hook up the speakers to the TV to watch a DVD. This said, the owner was extremely pleasant and helpful and the bidets are wonderful.
I have seriously taken into consideration your feedback. While hot tub issues will sometimes come up and can't be helped, I have spoken to my house cleaner (who is pregnant and has hired extra help). My instructions for Netflixs gave you access to log into my account. The blinds and all appliances have been replaced this spring.
