Escape to a brand-new, fully equipped with all modern amenities villa that offers the ultimate peaceful retreat with breathtaking panoramic views of Naxos and the Aegean Sea. Perched on a serene hilltop, this two-level villa is thoughtfully designed to combine modern comforts with island charm and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The ground level features a spacious living room with two single sofa beds, an open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and private veranda.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private balcony, another bedroom with two single beds and balcony, a shared bathroom and a laundry room.

All rooms feature Air Conditioning, mosquito nets, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers to elevate your experience.

Villa Gaia includes two spacious outdoor areas, each with a dining space for 8 people. These areas are designed for comfort and relaxation, perfect for enjoying breakfast, alfresco meals, and BBQs.

Its elevated location guarantees tranquility, away from the island’s busy areas, making it a perfect haven. Villa Gaia is exclusively yours to enjoy, featuring a private parking area. A vehicle is essential for accessing the property and discovering the charm of Naxos.

This is a fantastic property making vacation wonderful

This property is magnificent, surpassing anything I have experienced in other rental housing I have utilized on vacations in many locations. The interior of the property was spacious, well appointed, and yet simple in design. I appreciated the fact that there were fantastic spaces to be together communally. I particularly appreciated the privacy that was provided by the sleeping areas. Downstairs is a master bedroom with an attached bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. All bedrooms were extremely comfortable with nice firm beds and ample built in wardrobes including drawer space. Outdoor space was beautiful. There are balconies both downstairs and upstairs. These spaces are well appointed, and comfortable places to just relax or to dine. The landscaping is well done. The owners of the property were extremely accommodating. Our host was in contact with me from the time I booked the property offering help. She was available throughout our stay, though the property is so well done, there was minimal need for contact while we were there. Yet it was nice to know that she was available. You wil need a car for this property, a standard shift for the terrain, But parking is good in town, and you will want a car to explore the rest of the island.
