Très bon séjour
La maison est dans un quartier calme et bien équipée.
Ayant séjourné à Milan en période de canicule, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur de la climatisation.
Le centre ville est accessible aisément en tram par la ligne 2.
Ci siamo trovati bene, una casa molto confortevole e spaziosa. Unica pecca i parcheggi.
E possibile parcheggiare nella strada senza dovere pagare ma si deve parcheggiare dove è permesso. Ci sono sempre posti disponibili Via Enna.
Muy cómoda, muy limpia y con excelente ubicación
También su dueña es muy amable y atenta
Thank you for your comment. I was very pleased to host Yvan Soto and his family. They are very accurated and leave the house in good state.
Green Arbor Leads to Garden Villa
Arrived to meet Catherine, our gracious home owner. She showed us all the functions of her home. She had left us staples to get us started as well as taking us to the nearby supermarket and then driving us to a restaurant for lunch. We had looked for a property close to the autostrada as well as a little ways out of town. This house fit the bill. I might add the property was very secure having a locked gat into the property. Our car was safe to park on the street.
The house was adequately furnished, appeared to have been freshly painted on the inside and was clean. Nice tile floors as well as good tiled bathrooms. There was a convenient half bath on the first floor.
Catherine was kind enough to make taxi arrangements for us to attend La Scala the evening of the day we arrived. She had also left a city map, important telephone numbers and information about the area. We felt we could call or e-mail her for any reason. We had made arrangements before leaving home to attend a guided tour of The Last Supper. We had a good guide and this was a highlight of our trip. We also drove to Bergamo for a day. One disappointment, our guide book said there were canal boat tours through September. Upon reaching the number, we found out they had started draining the canal the week before, so the tour was not available. This was the last week of September.
We found a wonderful Osteria in our neighborhood. The name of the restaurant is Osteria Naviglio Grande, and is close to the property. However, a car would be essential. It was so good and reasonable, we ate there three times. The owners/staff were most helpful and friendly, a most enjoyable restaurant.
We would certainly recommend this property. It is close to the public transportation, however, we had a car so did not use the bus. We enjoyed our stay in Milan - it is a beautiful city. We did a little shopping - visited Coin Department store and a shoe store nearby. The shoe store, we were told, is the oldest shoe store in Milan. Staff very nice. We also shopped at Ruffini near the The Last Supper and met the owner and his wife - we understand it is the oldest paper store in Milan and he makes the merchandise there in the store. We visited several pharmacies and found staff in all stores most pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in Milan.

Perfect minus the wifi
Everything was absolutely perfect in terms of the accommodation and the host, apart from the wifi, which was non existent.
However irrespective of the wifi, I would still give it 5 stars.
Thank you for your comment but there is a wifi connection which is very good. Perhaps , you don't insert the right code. You didn't ask it me....I hope to welcome you again. Best regards
