Welcome to Condo #304 at Surfside Towers in Potrero, Guanacaste.This condo is located walking distance to Potrero beach. There is security guard at the gate 24/7. There is a balcony with entrance from the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped. Also, washer & dryer. There is an elevator for those who do not wish to use the stairs.
You can park your car inside the complex.
The condo is located close to many amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. You can visit the popular Sailing Center where they have entertainment on weekends.

You can also see the sunset from the balcony

you will have access to the entire condo plus use of the pool
