2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 70 square meters + 50 square meters of private garden and backyard. Great Location: The Beach is 3 minute walk away from the complex. The pool is approximately 2 minute walk away from the apartment, the promenade seafront 2 minute, and it is approx 1 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip, where there are bars & restaurants of many different nationalities.
More information of the area at "Cabo Roig Blog". Great service: our team live in the same complex and speak english. Perfect weather:World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination. The best complex of the area: The complex itself contains an excellent communal pool, with a large jacuzzi, an infant pool which is approximately 20cm deep. A lifeguard is also on hand through the summer months. At the main entrance of the complex you will find the rose gardens which also intermingle with a large display of various types of cactus plants. Moving further along the front of the complex is a children’s play area, with a slide, swings and some spring riders, all set on a play safe surface. All this is overlooked by the barbecue area, with wooden tables and benches set in a well maintained garden, next to the three tennis courts with high sided fences to stop any stray balls. The complex is set on the cliff tops at Cabo Roig overlooking the harbour, and very close to the beach. There is a cobbled pathway which starts outside the complex and winds it´s way along the cliff tops for approximately 2km. There is an amazing Mall 20 minute walk. Zenia Boulevard represents a new concept in the Mall and looks like a real Mediterranean city, with streets and squares where every day, customers will be surprised by performances and free events, with a Casino and more than 150 shops: Primark, C & A, Laura Ashley, H&M and Zara to name but a few. GREAT SERVICE: WI FI available.The property will be clean and presented to a very high standard. The details in the advertising reflect what the property offers. A welcome pack will be waiting on arrival if requested. We will meet you at the property on arrival and will be available should you have any problems during your stay. Airport range can be arranged: El Altet airport (Alicante) or San Javier (Murcia). The apartment: This South Facing Two Bedroom One Bathroom ground floor Apartment is equipped with hot and cold Air-Conditioning and a 32 inch flat screen tv with full UK TV package and is set in the most sought after complex of Calas de Campoamor in Cabo Roig, which overlooks the Cabo Roig Harbour and the Mediterranean Sea. This is an excellent venue for a self catering family holiday. (sleeps 4) The large living room/dining area is well furnished and consists of a flat screen TV, 2 very comfortable leather sofa's, a large pine wall unit and a pine extendable dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a CD/Radio player supplied. At the far end of the living room are 2 sliding patio doors that lead out onto the spacious patio area, which overlooks a well maintained garden. The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, although the apartment is fitted with air-conditioning. There are fitted wardrobes in both rooms, allowing plenty of storage space. The double bedroom is equipped with a portable TV with built in DVD player. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Towels, along with winter and summer bedding are supplied within this apartment. The fully tiled bathroom consists of, a double flush toilet, bidet, bath with overhead shower and a built in vanity unit with an oval hand wash basin set into a marble surround, above is a large mirror with built in spot lights. This apartment has a fantastic fully fitted kitchen with black and white marble work tops. It is equipped with all white goods, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery to accommodate 4 people. There is also a utility room where the washing machine is housed and cleaning equipment is stored, along with a rear courtyard which serves as a good clothes drying area or place to play for kids. Other Amenities. There is a large supermarket within a 2 minute walk from the apartment which is open from 8am until midnight throughout the summer period which is a bonus for anyone arriving on a late flight. Through the winter months opening hours are from 9am until 9pm. There are also many banks within the Cabo Roig area all offering the ATM facility. Beaches - There are 15 beaches in 10 kms, very close to the property. The nearest is Cabo Roig Beach (150 meters), beatiful beach with golden sand and where sunbeds and parasols can be hired. There is also a beach bar which is open throughout the summer period offering cold drinks and snacks, including Tapas. Very close too there is a shingle/pebble beach with many small rocky alcoves which are perfect for snorkelling and is only a 5 minute walk from the complex and can be accessed by a stairway leading down from the cliff-top path walkway. Another excellent beach is that of Campoamor which is approx. a 20 minute walk from the property and offers the same facilities as that of Cabo Roig beach, which also include toilets and baby changing areas. Golf Courses - There are 4 major Golf courses all within a 15 minute drive of the complex. Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas. Slightly more further afield are the courses of Lo Romero, La Torre Golf and La Manga - the list goes on....

We had no local contact person, the named person had blocked my whatsapp contact! The building is really like a prison block. Apartment inside and the outdoor installation was as described.

Location, Location, location

Just back from amazing 12 day stay at the apartment. Excellent location-safe, quiet yet close to everything (shops, bars, promenade). Complex itself is spacious, modern with one of the best pools in the área. Apartment is bright and well equipped. Plenty of room with front garden and back yard. Also great value for what you get. Highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Cabo Roig.

Disappointed with property

Property had everything that was stated in advertisemen. Key holder communicated via 'whatsap' with details of check in arrangements but weren't able to meet us as they were in U.K. and neighbour of rental would meet us outside perimeter gate at 2 pm. Thankfully we know area very well as all we had to go on was a picture of a blue gate! ( many of those in Cabo Roig) The ' neighbour' who although very nice, spoke VERY limited English, hadn't been in property before and couldn't locate light switches and if we had any problems we could contact Jackie when they returned from U.K...... midweek!!!!! What we would have done if there was a serious problem, I do not know. There were a couple of issues within apartment, kitchen oven and utensils were greasy, tap is very loose and leaked in cupboard underneath. Double bedroom wardrobe stank of urine. I felt the property isn't as clean as guests would expect and as you the property owner would want your guests to be met with. We also would not have booked this property if we had known the communal corridors were being painted as we had our elderly parents and young children visiting and trying to negotiate painters and slippery paper taped to the ground was unacceptable.We left property in a clean and tidy order. Unfortunately, the 'key holder' did not turn up at 9.45am as arranged. After a 15 minute wait we had no option but to throw keys onto back porch after securing apartment first, as our airport transfer needed to get us our flight. We are sorry to be brutally honest, but feel it's in your best interest as we love Cabo roig and would hate you to lose further guests because of issues we had. Regards Janet

Also, I am going to answer you, point by point, about the rest of your comments: 1 "thankfully we know the area"… I sent you personally via Home away inbox the exact address of the complex. 2 "spoke very limited English"... The apartment is located in Spain and this person only had to meet you at the door and gave you the keys. Our regular team, native English speakers, was out on vacation. 3 "he couldn't locate light switches"… light switches were already turn on, the fridge working, the water heater working… 4 "What we would have done if there was a serius problem": obviously you have to contact me via home away inbox. I was located in Madrid but I have neighbours, friends and relatives in the complex, and the janitor of the complex, also a friend of mine, willing to help and let me a hand. 5 "tap leaked in cupboard underneath": that is not true, I am writing this answer into the flat checking it. 6 "Double bedroom wardrobe stank of urine": that is not true. It is my kid's wardrobe for more than a month every year and I assure you that never have stunk urine. 7 "We would not have booked this property if we have known the paint of the communal corredors...": No comments¡ The paint of the communal corridor is in good condition. 8 "the key holder did not turn up at 9:45": for the check out we only ask to leave the keys on the table it is not neccesary to see the key holder. 9 "I felt the property isn't as clean as…": I take into account your comment about this point. For us it is a crucial point and we have never received any complain about that before and after you. Finally, I would like to say that in my opinion your comment was assymetric because of the fact that you did not say a word about the great location of the complex, the wonderfull complex's facilities (the pool, barbacues,...), about the quiet garden of the flat, about the weather in Cabo Roig,...
