Reiterating my review on the property management site
The office for the check in and check out services are exceptional. They were quick and detailed, and super friendly. The house was filled with all the kitchenware and appliances you would need to cook for 3-4 families. And linen and towels were cleaned and plenty for all of us. There was a washer/dryer onsite and that helped out a lot with the wet clothes from our snowboarding. The rooms were decent size to fit a family of 3-4 in each. The condition of the house is old. The front door had this huge crack in it, where you could see the outside if you're sitting at the counter, making the living room chilly when it isn't filled with people. The insulation is poor also, allowing every single step, flush, or water running around the house sound like it was right next to you. The garage is detached and the only door switch was inside the garage, so that was a pain to have someone go back inside through the house to close the garage, and through the house to lock up (due to the amount of snow that built up between the house and the garage, see comment about snow build up below). The front of the house was shoveled once, half way by property management. My husband had to shovel snow off the driveway the 4 days we spent at the cabin. We were told someone would come and do that so try not to do it ourselves. My husband had finished shoveling the driveway the first day, and someone came by to do it again as soon as he finished. Then the rest of the time, it was just left until we really had to leave. We would check in throughout the day to see if anyone would come, but no one did

We are glad that the house was filled with all the essentials you needed to have a great stay. We are however sorry to read about the lack of snow shoveling service. We want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will notify the management team on site and work with them on improving.
