The weather and beach were great. The condo was small, dirty, worn out furniture, uncomfortable beds, broken balcony door and appliances (smelly stove and broken blender, freezer takes 4 days to freeze anything.) Very small Tvs. Kiddie pool was closed for repairs and finally opened. There are pool security that won't let kids have pool toys. (Whole point of the pool for kids). Great poolside grill and bar. Great view
Great view and location
The view of the gulf from the room can't be beat. The location is off the main strip and within walking distance of PCB classics (Spinnaker's, Club La Vela, Pineapple Willy's).
The building itself is showing it's age, but is well maintained.
The room is a clean and well stocked and easily sleeps 6. However, it needs a refresh with new furniture, paint, colors.
My biggest complaint is with the management company. They will cancel your reservation if you don't electronically sign your contract, but the emails do not state this. VRBO shows checkin/checkout as 4pm/10am; the receipt says 6pm/8am and contract says 4pm/10am.
Whatever you do, make sure you use a computer and not a mobile device to sign the contract. The mobile app wants access to every piece of data on your phone (identity, contacts, files, camera, videos, etc). They use the Hospitality app from GladToHaveYou. According to their own marketing data "Capture detailed information about all of your guests! The platform captures analytics for everyone who downloads and logs in to the app." Caveat emptor.
I am sorry to learn that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations—but glad that you brought these issues to our attention. We are always striving to improve our service and product, and guest feedback helps us to do that. We take guest comments seriously and read them in our weekly staff meetings before discussing what we did right and what we could have done better.

LOVED IT! Very nice and cozy. We didn't want to leave
We loved it!! The view is spectacular! My kids were so in love with it and so excited. Thank you so much for letting us rent it. The only thing I think needs an upgrade is the sofa bed mattress. My daughter had a hard time sleeping because it's so thin and it was a bit painful. Everything else was great. I'm looking forward to our next visit...hopefully later this year.

Did not worry about the stay arrangements and amenities. Focused on having fun at the beach. Great help from the staff and owner to make this stay so pleasurable.
