Awesome Beach Vacation at Mayan Palace Resort with Beach and Golf Access

Luxurious rooms with daily maid service. The rooms available include Studios, one-bedroom Suites and two-bedroom Master Suites with corresponding pricing. The Mayan Palace one bedroom suite has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with two sofa trundle beds, a dining table and kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, a terrace, and two TVs.
All guests have access to swimming pools, golf, tennis, spas, and the beach. 22 restaurants to choose from, including snack bars to Haute cuisine. Eating options include full room service from regular menus and poolside service as well. Pool servers circulate around the swimming pools and bring drinks and snacks or meals.
Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are available in nearby Puerto Vallarta, famous for its mile long Malecon and its Zona Romantica. Many adventures are available in the region including golfing, swimming, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, dinner cruises, dolphin adventures and zip lining. Try the Rhythyms of the Night activity to experience great entertainment, food, and Bay of Banderas cruise. Many wonderful activities begin at the Vallarta Adventures office not far from the resort. Reservations can be made from Kiosks at the resort or online. Taxi services are available from the Central Lobby which can be reached by open sided transport shuttles. The resort has a complimentary shuttle system to provide guests with transportation to and from various locations within the park.
At the resort you can spend your days at the pool or on the beach under a thatched Palapa. From the beach you can rent a kayak or paddle board, swim in the marked swimming area with a lifeguard, rent a Jet Ski or do some parasailing. The resort pools have adjacent restaurants where you can have breakfast or lunch in a casual atmosphere. There is also a really nice kid's area with supervision and babysitting for a fee.
Dinner can be had at restaurants ranging from $ to $$$, with reservations mandatory at Quinto Steak House, Gong Asian Restaurant, Bistro Bleu French Bistro, Brezza Mediterranean or Tramonto Italian Restaurant. The other restaurants are casual dress and less expensive, including Balache, Cafe Del Lago, La Cantina, Tacos Break and Sweet Paris.
At La Plaza there is a grocery store and delicatessen for those guests who prefer to prepare meals in their room. The one- and two-bedroom units come with a complete kitchen.
Finally, the staff is amazing. From the Concierges to the waiters and pool staff, everyone is wonderful. The lady that hands out pool towels from a kiosk, always says "thank you for letting me serve you, my friend." The room staff does an excellent job keeping the rooms clean with fresh towels every day. Everyone is very friendly and eager to serve, including the staff of the complimentary airport shuttle service that transports guests from the airport to the Central Lobby. Taxi service from the Central Lobby back to the airport, at the end of your stay, is at your own expense.
