This unit is in need of some TLC and a new management company. Sadly upon check-in (we stayed there in March 2019), we were shocked at how filthy the unit was. We were crunching on debris on the kitchen floor, the counters were greasy, the bathtub had "remnants" from the previous occupants, the comforter and pillow shams were stained with unidentifiable streaks and every dish in the cupboards and drawers were crusted with food. In addition to the general filth, the unit is very dark and there are no lights in either bedroom, only dim lamps. The kitchen is very poorly equipped without even a cutting board or bowl bigger than a cereal bowl. The dishwasher doesn't actually clean dishes so you must hand-wash everything. The steps leading to the unit are not lighted and perpetually icey. Everything is run-down and outdated and there are missing shades.
After making a call to Wyndham the morning after our night-time check-in, a cleaning woman was sent later that afternoon and spent 20 minutes cleaning, she then removed the bedding, assumedly for washing, but did not replace it with anything. About 2 days later after an unannounced maintenance man barged in to replace a window covering that was missing, I called Wyndham (again) to tell them what had happened and that I thought that we should have been notified ahead of time and arrangements made. At that time I mentioned that we still did not have any bedding for the master. I was promised that a manager would contact me "to make it right," the woman whom I spoke with assured me that the unit should not have been that way, etc. No one ever contacted me and nothing was ever "made right."
After returning home, I wrote a detailed email to Wyndham. Their response was to blame the housekeeping staff and to give me a gift certificate for $250 (not even the cost of one night's stay), and only to be used in Park City. I sent a response email outlining the other issues and asked that they look at the actual unit as it was clear that no one from the office had been there in some time. I also asked that they reimburse us for one night's stay. I was declined.

Convenient location to walk to town and catch ski shuttle.
Kitchen was updated and living area comfortable. I would note that the dryer doesn’t work, and while they list a gas grill, it is on a deck full of stuff and inaccessible.
We were extremely disappointed with this property. Issues were as follows
- broken dryer (discovered after we did laundry)
- awful smell in laundry room that maintenance man had to treat with bleach
- paper shades on patio door were broken/ fell off the second I touched them
- loud banging on upstairs bedroom window the last night, turns out it was the outside screen which eventually fell off. I found it on the walkway the next morning
- TV not connected to WiFi (we had read we could watch Netflix movies)
- walkway to hot tub and Deer Valley Dr. was pitch black at night; individual steps leading up to condo were at inconsistent distances / hot tub area also pitch black even though it was open until 10pm. There should at least be a motion detecting light, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen (my wife actually fell one night)
The above could be addressed with minimal investment but it was clear to my family and me that the owners/ management company didn't care enough to do so.
I have never reviewed anything but felt I had to in this case. We still enjoyed Park City but wish we would have stayed somewhere else.
The location is perfect for Main Street, Sundance or skiing! We spent Thanksgiving here and were thankful that the kitchen was full of lots of pots and pans and dishes!! We highly recommend!

Home Sweet Home!!!!!
Our experience of renting this home in Park City has been simply outstanding! The staff are professional, courteous, and very accommodating! We arrived earlier into Park City than the check in time, they took our cell phone number to call us as soon as our unit was clean to get us in drop off our bags. They even offered to hold our bags to start our day. Great office staff!!!!! The picture online of the unit are exactly what you expect to see, a gorgeous home! A very clean home full of cute home accents, warm fireplace, and super comfy couch just for me to start! The staff at the office is also very helpful and available for your needs, for example, our first night we wanted to stay home to barbecue steaks but we noticed they did not have the proper tools to barbecue. By the time we got back from the grocery, they had them sitting on the kitchen counter. Yes, there are a a minor maintenance thing that should be attended to in the townhouse that anyone renting it should know... the kitchen sink ceramic chips easily when you pour hot things into it.

Condo was very nice and terrific location - close to downtown and the town lift - bus stops very close by! With the new connection gondola to the old Canyons ski are this was the perfect place to stay! No car needed with easy access to PC and Deer Valley on the excellent free bus system. I have been to The Canyons and Park City about ten times and this was one of my overall favorite places to stay!
