Property was acceptable. Carpet and furnishings were outdated. Slats from the blinds were missing. Air conditioner leaked on the carpet. No top sheets on some of the beds. Would not return since there are so many options.
2.5 Stars- Condo Needs Updating!
We went for a long weekend and the Condo was adequate for our needs but it smelled really bad (part of the reason was a bad air freshener that we removed but it was still musty), the carpet needs replacing and the tub floor was peeling. Also we didn't have any WiFi even after several requests to the owner. Definitely not worth the price, but if updates are made it could be a good place to stay. You're right next to a grocery store- the kitchen has most everything you'd need and its centrally located to several fun areas.

Couldn't be happier with the property as well as the owner here! I had a few messages to the owner and she responded immediately every time!!! A+++
The location is good; pool area was great. Beds were comfortable. The condo needs updating with new carpet (dirty and stained), new living room furniture (couch felt like you fell to the floor and hard to get out of + ottoman was pealing of the plastic/leather), as well as decor. The condo should have been cleaned better. I don’t think it is being cleaned professionally each time it is rented. The decor was dusty (glass vases and decor), outside of cupboards were dirty (I had to wipe down). The air conditioning leaked so I had to put a bowl under it to catch the water. Owner stated she tried to contact the repair service company to fix the air conditioning and would get back to me but didn’t. We were a little disappointed the grill was not gas; we had to purchase charcoal. Owner assisted with all other requests needed.
The condo was generally comfortable, however we had challenges immediately. The owner was quick to deal with some of the issues, however others were blamed on the HOA. These items appeared to be long standing issues that the owner would have previously known about. We had anticipated a better quality experience for what we had paid for our 8 night stay and were generally disappointed.
