Il y a un grand lit dans la chambre principale et un double et un lit queen dans la chambre à coucher supplémentaire. Il y a aussi un grand canapé-lit (non recommandé pour les adultes de dormir sur) et un futon dans le salon. Il y a un foyer au bois dans l'unité. Internet sans fil gratuit. En séjournant à Snowblaze, on a accès au club-house. Dirty and uncomfortable

Pillowcases were stained and in poor shape, shades don't actually block the glaring street lights right outside our bedroom windows, hairs in the bathtub that weren't ours. Standard mountain Lodge decor matched with stained carpet. New housekeeping, new pillows and functional shades would help.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our two night stay at Snowblaze C14! Nice and clean and great location downtown with proximity to great restaurants. Comfortable unit with recent upgrades. Would definitely rent again!

Clean, quaint, and a good stay overall

The condo was clean and nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable but we only stayed one night. Had it been for a longer extended stay, I might have had issues. My main two complaints were that the wireless SSID provided in the check-in did not exists and the TV did not work. There was a similar network name but the provided password did not work.

Not a deal breaker for a single night to be completely offline but again, it would have been an issue for a longer stay.

Great Place, with a few minor problems

We spent the Christmas holiday here with my mother and our 5 month old and had a great time. The place was clean, well-decorated, and in a great location. The layout is great for two couples or family and common space is pretty separate from sleeping space so kiddos can sleep while the adults are up later. Nice TV and fireplace as well as a nice dining space and bar made it easy for everyone to spend time together. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a ski holiday at Winter Park.

A few things would have made our stay so much better though. The cable cut out regularly. The WiFi/internet didn't work most of the week. And the heat was finicky - we couldn't figure out how to get it to stay at the set temperature. It kept kicking off and the condo would get cold and dry quickly! Trash dumpster is the next building over (we had to call to find it!), so the other guests in this building were piling up trashbags in the stairwells. Finally, there weren't any basics in the kitchen (no salt/pepper, not many pans, etc), which wouldn't be a big deal except that most rentals have these. We left some staple items behind so hopefully the next guests will be able to use them!

Réponse du propriétaire: We are happy you enjoyed your stay and the accommodations. I know you had issues with the internet, trash, stocked items and the heat at the unit, I have addressed each of your issues, below. Wi-Fi/Internet: I did receive a call from you that the internet was not working. I called and spoke with the building manager who informed me that they are having issues with the internet in several areas at Snowblaze. The building manager suggested you use the internet associated with the unit next door to you. I relayed this information to you and suggested you call if you continue to have issues. I never heard from you again, regarding the internet, so I could only assume it was working fine. Heat: I do apologize that the heat was “finicky” in the unit, during your stay. We would have gladly sent a maintenance technician to the unit to resolve this issue during your stay, had we been informed. Trash: We do not manage the entire building(s) at Snowblaze; we only manage particular units throughout, and your unit happens to be the only unit we manage in building B. I do apologize if trash was left in stairwells; unfortunately, we do not control the surrounding units. However, we will be sure to let the building manager know that this was an issue that has effected one of our guests. Stocked items: It is a liability for our company to leave salt and pepper, spices, etc. open in the unit. If someone were to put something in the salt that is not salt, you can imagine the ordeal this could lead to. That being said, every unit managed by Resort Management Group should be adequately stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware, etc. If you feel there was something missing from these basic items, please do let us know.
