The apartment was exactly as portrayed. Our every need was anticipated. Pantry and fridge well-stocked, beds incredibly comfortable, spacious rooms. We will return if we can!
Cute & Cozy!
My friends and I loved our stay here. It wasn’t out of the way of any of the places we visited. It was also a plus to have felt safe and secure with the access code required for the entry. Thank you so much for allowing js to stay in your wonderful home!
Very nice apartment in great location.
Very clean & spacious apartment! Nicely decorated. Location convenient to freeway entrance. Many amenities provided, including full spice rack, high quality paper products, cooler and plenty of towels. Onsite garage was extremely convenient. Very nice courtyard. Detailed check in instructions with recommendations were helpful.
Such a cute place!
We had a great 3 night stay here, in the middle of a 10-day Southern California college tour. Hellen's place was a great jumping-off-point for many things to do in the LA area - Universal Studios is RIGHT up the freeway. (I actually had to leave the Park earlier than the rest of my group, and it was only a $6 Uber ride back to the apartment.) The Burbank airport is super convenient! We also did the Warner Brothers studio tour (a HIT with the group) and it's very close. The apartment is in a charming little area - adorable bungalow style houses, on tree lined streets, and there's a great park across the street. The apartment is covered in greenery, and feels very private. Instructions to get in were great - no problems whatsoever. The apartment itself is very spacious and light feeling, with high ceilings, and a wide hallway - bedrooms are quite large - 2 nice bathrooms - also a washer and dryer, which was fantastic! There were thoughtful amenities - no worries if you forget your razor or lotion - all was supplied - such a nice touch! It was very clean, and had a well appointed kitchen. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and this place exceeded our expectations - I would definitely stay again!
Some minor notes for improvement:
1. Instructions on how to use the TV, thermostat, and coffee maker could not be found, and would've been helpful! We were never able to get the guest bedroom TV to work.
2. A keurig type coffee maker would be ideal! I was the only coffee drinker in my group, and didn't need a whole pot of coffee.
3. Fix the hole in the door - seeing that the apartment is so well taken care of, it was strange that there was tape over a hole in the door.
4. Screens on the doors would be really nice! We wanted to leave them open, but were afraid bugs/critters might come in.

Helen's property is perfect. Clean, well organized, fresh flowers, comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with great basics! The location in Valley Village is great for getting to several site-seeing spots. Very thankful for the garage parking instead of street parking. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
