Villa Cap Azur is a newly-built, 5-bedroom villa with panoramic ocean and sunset views, high on the Pointe Milou hillside. Some villas have better views than others, and there are those that will make anyone who steps through the entrance and sees the views beyond, go “Wow!". Cap Azur is that villa. Situated high on the hillside above the Christopher hotel, and with no close neighbors, villa Cap Azur offers that breathtaking moment when you walk onto the terrace and see the panoramic ocean views, with the sun glistening in the heated infinity pool in front. The terraces are well designed and have plenty of seating, lounging and outdoor dining space. The terrace also flows seamlessly into the large living room with its oversized sectional that offers views from every seat, and is perfect for a group conversation out of the sun and, when needed, can be fully air-conditioned. The adjacent gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped and has a large indoor dining area, which can also be air-conditioned. A separate, air-conditioned TV room completes the common spaces. The first bedroom is situated off the living and has U.S. satellite TV, a U.S. king-sized bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. A master bedroom is in a separate bungalow adjacent to the first, with a second master bedroom directly below, on the lower level. Both rooms have a U.S. king-sized bed, U.S satellite and AppleTV, ample closet space, a private terrace, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Another bedroom is also on the lower level, just across from the second master bedroom. This room is a bit smaller than the others but has two twin beds that can be made up as a European king-sized bed, U.S satellite and AppleTV, closets and an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. There is an additional master bedroom situated in a separate bungalow off the TV room. This spacious room comes with a private terrace, a U.S. king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets, U.S. satellite and AppleTV, and ensuite bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. This room is only available with a 5-bedroom rental. Villa Cap Azur is a great villa for couples vacationing together, but will also suit a family with teenagers.
