C’est une grande maison élégamment meublée qui convient aux couples qui veulent s’échapper tranquillement mais qui est également capable d’absorber des réunions de famille. Incredible views of the Sandia Mountains!
Beautiful home with unobstructed views of the mountains. Every morning we saw 5-10 balloons rise up! Convenient location.
Wonderful 3 bedroom location.
We went to Albuquerque for the balloon fiesta. This was a perfect location if you plan to stay at the Balloon Park for extended times. We were actually able to stand on the upstairs patio and watch the balloons fly. The house is well-stocked and suited our group of 5 perfectly.
Great location for Balloon Fiesta
This home was in a great location on the Northwest side of ABQ. It was close to main streets and the highway to get where you wanted to go in town, or out. The home is well kept with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable.
Spacious, clean home
Plenty of space for a crowd. Dream Kitchen. Has two living areas down, large dining room and spacious loft upstairs that, although no door for privacy is set apart somewhat so comfortable for sleeping. Bedrooms are somewhat sparsly furnished (ex. no dresser in master) but I like that because there's plenty of space to spread suitcases out on the floor. Large master closet as well. Very quiet: when bedroom door is closed, you can't hear a thing going on in the rest of the house. Last but not least: BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the mountain. Would love to stay here again.

The property was everything that Indira had described! The furniture was comfortable. There were plenty of utensils, dishes, and pots and pans in the kitchen. The bedding and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The property was well-maintained. The location was great with easy access to everything that we did. We enjoyed the mountain views, city lights, and hot air balloons in the air! If we were to return to Albuquerque this home would be our choice! Indira was very accommodating and available should we have needed her. She greeted us on arrival and called to see if there was anything we needed before we left.
Beautiful home in a wonderful location
The home was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the city and the Sandias.
The kitchen was fully stocked with plate and drink ware, silverware, utensils and even spices that make cooking for our family very easy.
The location is in a quiet subdivision on the northwest side of the city and the pool access was something that we used daily. The master bedroom has a deck with beautiful day and nighttime views of the city. The lower patio also with a view and a gas grill for cooking was also amazing.
Indira, our Host was wonderful and explained everything to us with the house and was always available for questions.

Cette belle maison, élégamment meublées est situé sur le côté ouest de Albuquerque. Il a un accès facile aux principales autoroutes (I25 et I40), l'aéroport et la gare ferroviaire de Runner. Il est proche de Cottonwood Mall (l'un des principaux centres commerciaux de ABQ), restaurants et bars. Il faut environ 15 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville et à environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à l'Université du Nouveau-Mexique.
