I highly recommend this property!
The Apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. Even a bit larger in reality. Though I ate all meals out, the kitchen is large enough that you could easily prepare meals and eat in. The balcony overlooking the pool and out to the ocean is fantastic. Do be aware you can hear mello music and voices from the pools below during the day but the music was turned off promptly at 7:00 pm. Even with the daytime noise level it is quiet compared to most of South Beach. I've stayed at hotels where the music from neighboring hotels was so loud you could feel the thumping base-even late into the night. This property is very quiet in the evening and at night. All you hear are the ocean waves.
For me the best part by far is access to the amazing pools and deck below. The amenities are a part of Hotel 1. During my stay at the apartment the hotel was charging $1,200 a night. The 3 swimming pools and huge hot tub that you have access to are amazing!!! I was worried the staff might be snooty since I wasn't a hotel guest. They could not have been more friendly.
The location is fantastic. Right on the beach. You are a 15-20 minute walk (short cab ride) to get to the famous historic Art Deco strip on Ocean Drive across from Lumus Park. But unless you want to be kept awake all night with loud music and people partying below your window I suggest not staying anywhere near Ocean Drive. You are only a few blocks from Lincoln Road.
The owner could not have been better to deal with! He responded immediately to any questions I had before booking and after booking.

Access to the 1 Hotel Pools & views from the balcony of this studio condo property are 5 Stars Deluxe! The unit owner was also very responsive. Unfortunately, Inside the Condo itself was overall more like a 2 Star at best experience. This is due, in our opinion, to tired furnishings and fixtures plus odd menagerie of kitchen and decor items. Very mismatched glass, plates and kitchen wares, very tired & worn bed linens, lack of towels (we had 1 hand towel & no wash), no drawers to unpack, odd closet space for limited hanging clothes, damaged balcony furniture with soiled cushions, TV has 4 Remotes & not user friendly.

but there were at least 10 towels there including wash cloths. I asked you to look for the wash cloths but you never responded. There are only 2 controls for the TV also the other controls were for the DVD and an extra for the TV. Pictures of the unit depict the leather Natuzzi sofa and we have new chairs around glass table and the memory foam mattress is only 3 years old too. The iron bar stools are newly recovered cushions. Outside the chairs are new but 1 lounge is damaged but still functions. I will address that and the stains etc. Regarding the plates etc I brought extra plates from another rental so you should have matching plates and glasses for at least 3 people.
Some people get confused when they expect an individual owners unit to be like a 5 star Hotel but we dont have that kind of staff. We share same pools and amenities of the 1 hotel but we are also not charging $800 per nite and I could absolutely give you that type of dervice for this price but you are paying a fraction of that. I asked you several times about towels etc and you never responded but I told you I could send the maid with whatever you required. I asked you at least 3 times but you did not resond. In fact your partner texted me many times that everything was fine. You stated you came from a hotel back ground so I think you must recognize the differnces between a hotel and an owners apartment . The apartment was also painted in 2018 Thanks for staying but next time I think you should communicate better what you need so I can help you. I am a super host for the entire year. I address everybodys concerns immediately but its impossible to do if you are not letting us know until after your trip.
Spectacular view of the ocean with balcony. View also overlooking the pool shared with an upscale hotel. Adequate parking for reasonable rates. Roney palace nicest building I have stayed in on Miami Beach. Centrally located but away from the noise and crowds of ocean drive. Owner very attentive to the needs of the renter. A sure great time to stay here!

Superb location and excellent beach vacation place
The apartment is a part of fancy beachfront hotel Hotel One, and we used well all hotels amenities like the three pools and hot tubs. The apartment is in secure building, with direct access to the main Collins Street with the free trolleys around the city. Beautiful clean swimming beach just in ten seconds walk from the building. Very lovely and cozy studio with full kitchen and huge balcony with ocean view. The owner is very helpful and always in touch. Thank you very much, Britt! Walgreens and liquor store are just across the street. Dream vacation in Miami Beach for very reasonable price. The studio was big enough for our family of two parents and twelve years old son.
