-> This spacious 2-story vacation rental townhome is the perfect place for up to 8 guests. One bedroom downstairs offers privacy from the rest of the group.

-> Open-layout kitchen makes it easy to access the living room and dining area. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs, including the private master suite. And don’t forget about the pool and sundeck, which are sure to make a splash!

-> This home offers high-speed WIRELESS INTERNET and Roku TVs. Completely air-conditioned in the summer months and heated in the winter.

-> The master bedroom offers a King sized bed. All rooms have televisions and the home features free Wifi. The townhome features a private patio with a swimming pool which may be heated for an additional fee.

Bella Vida has a resort pool complete with children’s play area and a boardwalk around main lake. Guests enjoy fishing, jogging, sports courts, a fitness and a computer center all available to Bella Vida guests.

The resort offers a club house with a pool, children’s play area, game room and office center for all guests to use during their stay. Bella Vida is a gated community with 24-hr security on site.

Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of.
