Nice location, great complex overall, dated furnishings
The location was very close to Disney World. It was in a residential location and had quite a lot of traffic during end of the business day as residents were coming home so don't try to leave around 5:00PM. Unfortunately, the inside of the unit wasn't as good as we hoped. The furniture was very old. The sofa cushions were lumpy and very stained. The comforters in the children's rooms were also browned, either from age or not being properly cleaned. All of the mattresses were showing signs of their age. The kids room mattresses especially were sunken in the middle and my 6 year old had a hard time sleeping on it. That being said, for the price, the unit had all the necessary equipment for cooking our meals. There was free wi-fi and televisions in every room. The bathrooms were in good condition as well. They were out of wash clothes and hand towels, but they did say that would replenish their supply after we left. We purchased a bunch or our own and left them for the next person though. The pools (that's right there were multiple pools) were in great shape and they had multiple playgrounds as well. Nice amenities overall for all the family.
Good Price, but needs. Lot of work!
We have stayed in this community, but not this unit before. We were excited to be so close to the Disney parks and use the excellent amenities. However, this house was disgusting!!!! I emailed the owner as soon as we got into the house and she said that she would have to find a new housekeeper. I told her that I was disappointed in her response and attached more than 15 pictures of everything from dirt in the vent fans in the bathroom to food left on the stove. The owner called me and did apologize for the mess and said the house would be cleaned after we left.
I absolutely cannot believe the filth in this house. Here is a list of a few of the things we noticed (if you would like pictures I have them):
-Pink mildew on the shower curtain
-Broken kitchen chair held together with a bungee cord
-Soap Scum in the shower
- So much dirt on the floor that our feet turned black if we walked around without shoes on
- Dust/Dirt on top of the dresser
- Food residue on the stove top
- Crumbs under the toaster on the counter
- Dirt in all the HVAC vents
- Dirt/grease hanging from the ceiling above the stove
- Dirt hanging from the wall above the blinds in the family room
- Dirt caked into the door of the HVAC closet
- Broken blinds
- Scuffs all over the walls
- Damage to the walls/baseboards around the front door
- None of the dressers were bolted to the wall and large TVs sit on top of the dressers. In one of the upstairs bedrooms the entire dresser (TV and all) fell over
In addition to all of dirt, this house has the bare minimum of supplies. There are 4 glass top tables in the downstairs (2 end tables, 1 coffee table, and the dining table). This was not very child friendly as the glass was not attached to the table and we kept moving the glass back to the center so that it wouldn’t fall off the frame.
I absolutely would NEVER stay here again! The complex is great for kids so if you are looking for a similar place I would look for a different unit.
Thank Kellyn for giving us a chance to service her family. After Kellyn sent us the email when she check-in, we let our housekeeper talked to her and went there the next day. Our housekeeper cleaned up HVAC outlets, vent fans in the bathroom, etc. We left four fresh pillows on there for them to use per Kellyn's request. We also scheduled someone else to go to replace the broken blinds the day after. But Kellyn refused to let our people come in again. If we can not come in to fix the issues, then we assume Kellyn can take it. The day before Kellyn left, she called us again for shower curtain, chair issues, etc., we told her we will keep on improving our house condition. We told Kellyn not to worry about that, because it was almost her time to leave by that time she called. In fact we plan to get our dining table and chairs replaced soon. Kellyn also asked us to send her cleaning fees back. We do not mind to sending her the cleaning fees back. However, it was just like taking advantage of our service.
We enjoyed our stay
It was close to everything , the neighborhood was quiet well maintained kitchen was equip with all you needed to have a meal or two all in all we enjoyed our stay
Our house fit our family and was easily accessible to the parks.
Our house was fairly neat, but not very clean. As we had to wash the tubs that had hair and soap still in it and the sinks still had toothpaste on it. Also the floors were covered with dog hair and we didn't bring a dog. But we did do a deep clean for the next family that may stay there. Over all ,we met some friendly people and the kids enjoyed the pool and play yard. Also the gate guards were always nice. Thanks
Wow, we are surprise to read your review. Our property is not pet friendly for over two years. We stayed in the same unit your stayed this time during Christmas and New Year last time. We did not see any dog hair during our stay there.
We will let our cleaning lady know the issues of not cleaning soap and toothpaste you found during your stay. If she can not get our unit cleaned with all that, we will try to find another cleaning lady who can do a better job.
Thank you for letting us know the issues you found. We wish you would let us know during your stay. We sent email to your back and forth several times while you were in our unit. There were no complain at all by the time of your stayed there. At least we did not find anything in your email. The only issue was you rebooted our cable modem and router in order to get Wi-Fi work again.

Pictures and reviews posted at your website were from another property, the owner admitted in written in email to us, and they rented to us a DIFFERENT one in the same resort, in NOT so good conditions. As soon as the owner mentioned that the one of the pictures posted was occupied we realized nothing was going to be done for us. Owners replied at the end that they'll be sending a pest control company to the property.
In our listing, we write down in property description area: "We have three similar 4-bedroom/3-bath townhouses in the same guard gated resort complex. Inquiry for detail if you want to book more than one unit." So we do not cheat customer at all. We let them know prior to their arrival. The customer asked during his stay and we replied clearly of what other units we have in the community.
The guest told us on June 14, that there was some bugs found in kitchen area and the refrigerator main cabinet did not cooling down. We offered to fix the refrigerator the next day, but was declined. Our community offers pest control for all owners on Friday. So we have to schedule the pest control on Friday, June 16, right after the guest checked out.
