The Space:
Enjoy 3 stories of modern chic design, with sleek black features accompanying warm and thoughtful touches throughout this contemporary urban duplex. With this central Highlands location, overlooking the city of Denver with off-street parking, you will feel right at home while you explore everything the Mile High City has to offer.

Welcoming you from the front door is a cozy lounge with a TV in the living area, that opens up to the kitchen and dining areas. With this open space floor plan, you can stay connected to your guests throughout all of your home activities.

Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, there are 3 bedrooms spread across the upper floors, each with its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor features a full ensuite bathroom, Pack n Play crib, desk with chair, and a private balcony. Right across the hall is bedroom 2 with a full-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 on the top level features 2 queen beds, a full ensuite bathroom, an additional vanity/bar area, plus a balcony overlooking 38th St.
*Please note - The property is located on W 38th Ave, which is a fairly busy street during the daytime hours, so road noise is to be expected.*


Enjoy a happy hour with appetizers on the patio furniture in the front, or hang out in the grassy fenced-in backyard. Mingle with friends and family in the open kitchen featuring an island with a breakfast bar and endless cooking space/storage, or head out to one of the many restaurants within a one-mile radius of the property.

This property is located in the Highlands neighborhood, overlooking downtown Denver. With 3 major areas to explore, Tennyson St., Highlands Square, and Lower Highlands (LoHi), you won’t be short of things to do.

“Boutiques, wine shops, and bookstores, as well as popular restaurants and bars, radiate out from Highland Square on West 32nd Avenue and Lowell Boulevard. And, in the Tennyson Street Cultural District, you can spend an afternoon browsing antique prints, photographs, and paintings from Colorado artists, plus find live music venues and great international foods. With this central location, you have a quick 7-minute drive to Union Station, and are within close proximity to 1-25 and 1-70 to explore surrounding areas or to take a trip up to the mountains.

Within a one-mile radius of the property, you have: Leevers Locavore, where you can grab a quick bite, and take care of your grocery shopping list with a coffee, beer, or wine in tow; Gaetano’s, serving classic dishes & creative cocktails; Illegal Pete’s, an offbeat destination supplying burritos and other quick Mexican grub, plus a full bar; Acova, a contemporary Italian & global restaurant with a brick exterior, rich wooden decor, and patio; Wildflower, an area-sourced Italian & Mexican dishes are paired with a robust drink menu at this old-timey eatery; and Highland Tavern, a low-key pub with a long beer list, hearty grub like burgers & sandwiches, plus all sorts of games.

• It is possible that someone may enter the backyard or the front patio during your stay to handle lawn or trash services, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
• The electric fireplace is currently out-of-order.
• The propane gas grill on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.

Most disappointing vrbo experience

The place had potential- great location, good space and good communication. After that part everything was horrible. When we walked in there were dead and alive moths all over the entire place. Contacted management and they said sorry it’s north season. What?!? WHY are they in the place and if it was recently cleaned why are dead ones everywhere. They did nothing. Then we noticed two sinks and one shower were totally clogged. Contacted management and they basically told us how to clear a clog. This is my vacation and not my responsibility?! But the kicker of it was two nights before we left the AC broke down. We couldn’t open windows because of the moths and we now had no AC and it was unbearable in there. Contacted management the second the AC broke down and again nothing was done. We should have moved to a hotel at that point. We were told since day one we would get a refund. They laughingly have us $150!!! Ummm what?!? We will be going to vrbo complaints and asking my cc to stop payments that’s how awful this was. I’ve never in my whole life written a bad review but if I could stop anyone from staying here this was worth it.
