Ocean Bloquer Townhouse - Plage privée - Idéal pour 2 familles

The house is in an ideal location, just steps from the ocean. The house is clean and well maintained and has everything you could need as a family.

We had a group of 13 adults stay at Matt’s home. Matt was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the weekend. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed including a second refrigerator on the bottom level. It is a 4 story town home. The bottom level has an extra refrigerator, an outdoor shower, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some indoor storage space. The second level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, a crib and a full bath, the other is the master sweet with a king bed and another full bath. The third floor has a common area, which has an open concept kitchen, dining and living room space (with a queen pullout couch, I do not recommend sleeping on it though it is incredibley flimsy and uncomfortable), and outdoor table and grill area. The fourth floor has a hallway full bath, a bedroom with a double bed and a pull out twin trundle bed, and another bedroom with two bunk beds. All of the TVs have Netflix and cable. It was a 1-2 minute walk from the house, and the Uber’s to Dewey beach and secrets were reasonable. Overall we had a blast, and the house was a great place to stay, and convient location. I would recommend in a group of all adults that you do not count on using the pull out couch, making the house better suited to sleep 11 people.

Great location and short walk to the private beach. The beach wasn't busy but we also went the end of August, so most schools were back in session. Townhouse especially baby friendly with a crib, high chair, and baby gate. There were 5 adults and 3 toddlers in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Also, the townhouse had a beach cart, chairs, and other beach essentials.

Short drive north to Rehoboth Beach and south to Bethany Beach if your desire is to walk the boardwalks and shop. Would stay at this place again if our family decides to go back to this area for a vacation. Owner was easy to work with and the townhouse was clean.

Wonderful house, well equipped for a great vacation stay. There was plenty of space for our group and we enjoyed the CLOSE proximity to the beach. Being less than a block from the beach was great for an easy walk with young kids!! Also enjoyed playing tennis at the courts on the property and the children enjoyed the playground there as well. Very family friendly location and about a 5 minute drive to Bethany Boardwalk.
