Kitchen & Living/Dining
Cook with ease in the fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher, essential cooking items, and pantry basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and foil. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk is provided, along with a Nespresso machine and pods to kickstart your mornings.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light, featuring a Smart TV and a small balcony where you can savour ocean views and balmy Gold Coast evenings.
Workspace
For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is set within the living area, offering ample power points, an ethernet cable, plus USB and USB-C ports.
Bathroom & Laundry
The two-way bathroom includes a shower (no bath) and comes with a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. A washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and starter washing powder are also provided for your convenience.
Bedrooms & Bedding
The master bedroom features a king-size bed dressed in fresh, clean linen. Up to two rollaway beds can be arranged in the living/dining area for an additional fee. These are best suited for children or smaller adultsâplease consider privacy and comfort when requesting.
Comfort
The main living area is air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Kindly keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning to prevent condensation and property damage.
Amenities
Guests can enjoy the communal pool and BBQ facilities located at the front of the building. Free, secure undercover parking for one car is also included (key access required, please confirm when booking).
Linen & Towels
Bed linen and one bath towel per guest are provided. Additional towels, including pool towels, may be available on request.

The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 registered guests.
For safety, insurance, and community reasons, we can only allow registered guests to stay overnight.
Visitors are welcome during the day, but please let us know in advance so we can register them.
If extra guests stay overnight without being registered, the booking may need to be cancelled without refund.
Pets (including service animals) require prior written approval from the buildingâs strata manager. If a pet is brought onto the property without permission, additional cleaning fees will apply and the booking may be cancelled.
