A l'origine le spectacle appartement dans ce complexe vieille de quatre ans dans cet établissement de luxe 1000pc est situé au cœur du centre-ville Portrush seulement quelques centaines de mètres du Royal Portrush Golf Club. Situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied des plages et des terminaux ferroviaires et d'autobus, l'appartement est situé dans les grands centres commerciaux de Portrush, commercial, restaurant et lieux de divertissement. Parmi les nombreux points de repère sur vue depuis qu'il est fenêtres du deuxième étage sont célèbres Barry Amusements Portrush, gare victorienne, seigneurial écossais mairie, son port populaire et installations, bar à vin et restaurant, l'Occident Strand avec la baie de Portrush et les montagnes de Donegal se levant derrière et pas moins l'un des villages situés cafés les plus populaires directement en dessous de cet appartement - très belle première chose le matin!

Cette spacieuse auto de haute spécification contenait appartement au deuxième étage peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et se compose de deux chambres, dont l'une a une grande salle de bains, grand séjour cuisine et salle à manger avec vue sur la mer et balcon, grande salle de bains, grandes les étagères internes magasins, pressage à chaud et de circulation zones. Malgré l'emplacement de centre-ville de l'appartement de la conception du complexe assure que les chambres sont calmes parfois ll. Avec son propre accès piétons et véhicules sécurisés et privés ainsi que de son propre espace de stationnement sécurisé, l'appartement permet aussi qu'il est l'accès aux occupants de privé terrasse au premier étage du complexe, qui offre la possibilité de se détendre en privé et dans le style.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé partout. Avec son offre de télévision Sky pleine de très haut débit, 40 "télévision HD et de tout le confort moderne, l'appartement offre un environnement confortable et divertissant dans lequel de rester. Excellent property, fantastic location, wonderful host

Flat: The flat was everything we expected and more. The pictures are accurate but you don't get the sense of spaciousness and comfort until you're there. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable, the towels are soft and plentiful. The kitchen was provisioned exceptionally well - overall, the best we have ever seen on our travels. Upon arrival there was milk, fruit, wine, bread, etc., so we didn't have to rush out to grocery shop. David also provided a lovely bouquet of flowers! We were two couples traveling together and the flat worked very well.

Location: The location of the flat is great - right near the harbour and beach (both beaches), close to the bus system, above a lovely coffee shop, close to a number of nice eateries. It is easy to get around to see the Giant's Causeway, Dark Hedges, Glens of Antrim, Bushmill's, Ballycastle, the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, and a number of other places. We hopped on the bus and went to Ballycastle to wander around, hopped back on (same day ticket) and then walked from Giant's Causeway to Bushmill's, then back to Portrush by bus. Very easy to get around from the apartment.

Host: We were so impressed with David right from the start of the booking through to our departure. Upon arrival, David made sure we knew how to get where we should be and set us up with a lovely coffee/tea and bite while we waited to meet him. He provided all the information we needed and let us know how to reach him should we need. He is responsive and friendly. If we return to Portrush area, which we may well do as it is beautiful, we will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this listing.

They proved to be interesting, honest and respectful guests who seemed keen to enjoy the apartment and the local area. It's a pity that they didn't have the opportunity to stay longer as I'm sure I would have enjoyed their company more and learnt much more from them. They were very knowledgable, humorous and down to earth - ideal company. Kelley and her party found the apartment easily and had obviously done their homework regarding Portrush and the Causeway Coast in general. They treated the apartment with care and left it clean and tidy. Kelley and her party seemed grateful for our efforts but really when you receive genuine and enthusiastic guests like this it really is a pleasure to provide assistance any way you can. It certainly was a pleasure in this case! I wish them well and sincerely hope that they return sometime further down the line.

Superb apartment in a very good position. Highly recommended.

The owner, David, was very helpful. He met us personally, took the time and trouble to fully explain all the features of the apartment and gave us a couple of suggestions as to where was good to eat and the fact that the train station was close. We used the train for effortless and cheap trips to both Londonderry and Belfast. Much more relaxing than using the car.........Guinness may also have featured in the decision making process!

The weather could have been kinder but overall it did not stop us from having an enjoyable time.

Once again thanks David for letting us stay at your apartment.

Réponse du propriétaire: It was a pleasure to meet Gary and his wife. It turned out that Gary and I had shared a very similar sporting past so it was good to talk through that. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when Gary and his wife stayed but it didn't seem to stop them enjoying themselves. They were very enthusiastic and complimentary about the local area and their accommodation and they treated the apartment with care and respect. I would certainly recommend receiving this very interesting and fun loving couple as guests in rented or holiday accommodation and I hope that they return to Portrush sometime in the future.

Perfect location in Portrush; ideal for family or group of golfers

David's apartment is ideally located in the heart of Portrush, within walking distance to all the restaurants and attractions. We even walked to our round at Royal Portrush Golf Club, which was only .8 miles away. Importantly, David will go out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable. He met us at the apartment and showed us around, and he had it stocked with fruit and some other items which was a nice touch. He even drove us to the pizza shop to get some pizzas since we arrived kind of late (9:30pm) and the restaurants around weren't seating any more customers. I would highly recommend the apartment for a family with kids going to Portrush for a holiday, or a group of 3 to 6 golfers (though 6 golfers is a bit of a tight fit, but still good and very economical).

Réponse du propriétaire: It's always good to have a party of enthusiastic and friendly American golfers staying in our apartment especially when they've come all the way over to play our top courses from Orlando, Florida. Chris and his colleagues were really nice guys who were a pleasure to meet and who treated their holiday home with care and respect and appreciated everything that was done for them. Their stay in Portrush was part of a challenging golfing tour of GB and Ireland, which had been put together by Chris who's obvious organisational skills were essential to the success of the trip and the enjoyment of all. I did my best to reciprocate his efforts by providing what he asked for to the best of my ability Chris seemed happy with the outcome. Some members of his party expressed an interest in returning with their own families some time down the line and I hope that is the case. Chris and his friends took time to tidy the apartment upon departure, something that would not have been easy given their tight early morning departure and their strict tee off time at Royal County Down. I wish Chris and his recently qualified son Zach well together with the other members of his party as well as a safe return home. Hopefully we'll meet again.

Loved the apartment and our stay in Port rush. The apt. had everything we needed and more.

The Landlord was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful.

We would stay again and will be telling our friends about it.

The apartment is beautifully finished with everything any one could need and more besides. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Views from the property look over the beautiful Portrush coast and all amenities are just on the doorstep.

An amazing holiday home, the only negative was having to leave at the end of our stay.

Amazing host & amazing apartment - all made for an amazing holiday

Three of us spent 4 nights in this spacious and luxurious apartment overlooking Portrush town hall and with views to the sea behind. We used this as base to explore the Antrim coast and a few other places for which this was perfect. David was there to welcome us with a chat and some provisions for the fridge - he kindly arranged for tea, coffee, milk (both blue & green top), bread and a few extras we found in the cupboards. He is an absolute diamond. Big thanks to him. We will seriously consider a return visit to see all the things we didn't during this trip.

The flat was lovely and warm and the showers were fantastic. My wheelchair mate had no problems accessing the flat using the lift and could get through all doorways, even into the bathroom.

The fitted kitchen worked perfectly and was nice and clean - as was the rest of the apartment. The beds are comfy - I slept like a log for the whole trip.

All in all, I would strongly recommend this apartment and particular David, our host.

All had wonderful sense of humours with Dan being particularly witty and knowledgeable. They had obviously done their homework on the local area and undertook a major inventory of places to visit and things to do. Jason celebrated his birthday with style during his visit. I do hope Jason and his friends return soon as I really enjoyed meeting them and they were a pleasure to have stay in our Portrush apartment.
