Perfect for Solo Traveler
This small condo had everything! Fully stocked kitchen including non-perishables such as spices, oil, tea, etc. (you add the food), plenty of towels, plenty of blankets, maps of local areas, book of hikes (SUPER helpful for me!), fiction books to read, puzzle books to work, coloring books, more than enough shampoo/conditioner/TP/paper towels. There is a hairdryer as well. The things I would recommend: bring your own pillow (the ones there are flat!) and (for Vacasa) map out exactly where the coin-operated laundry room is and exactly where the dumpster is. I was a little disappointed that the fireplace was fake (electric logs lit up)----BUT, still 5-stars! Location is awesome, parking is a breeze, room is on the 1st floor, very detailed instructions on check-in emailed in plenty of time. I never felt unsafe or compromised in any way (single female). They do have a strict 'no-dog' policy, so it's not a pet friendly place. I didn't turn on the TV, so I can't speak to the quality of the picture, shows package, etc. It's not a showy or fancy place, definitely not a party place (thank you!), but if you need a great place to stay with more than enough 'home-extras' at a very reasonable price while you're visiting the area, this is the place to stay. This place pleasantly surprised me and my expectations were slightly exceeded. I'd EASILY stay here again!
Excellent no frills studio, convenient to everything
I enjoyed this property. It's an excellent no-frills place, convenient to everything in downtown Ketchum, and to River Run. (note I was not here in ski season). It was spacious enough, and had everything I needed for a very affordable price compared to other places I looked at. If fancy decor and curb appeal are your thing, this place doesn't rate, but I wanted a decent place to sleep and eat without having to drive far to do things in town, so this was perfect. The only negative was the TV didn't really seem to work, or at least the picture was never synced with the sound, and it frequently rebooted. If TV is important to you, consider asking about it in advance. I didn't care, and just enjoyed myself outdoors. :)

Location, Location, Location...
UPSCALE unit in duplex just a block from the Main street, and the Limelight, another to the Performing Arts Center and the Village Market. I don't think I walked more than 5 blocks over a week of going out nightly. The River Run Lodge can't be more than a mile away.
The unit is enormous. The master suite has its own gas fireplace and PLENTY of extra space for relaxing. There is a jacuzzi tub that I use liberally (thanks to my friend Jacko who was using the suite.) It also has a steam shower and a walk in closet that exceeds mine at home.
I stayed in a room that could have a couple or 3-4 kids using a queen bunk, with a perfectly satisfactory bathroom with shower/bath. Adjacent is a similar sized room designed for an adult couple. TVs, of course, in all the rooms and a sound system in the master suite.
The kitchen has all the amenities and comes stocked with bacon and eggs, and all the basic condiments, to make shopping when you arrive unnecessary. Frankly I have never seen a better kitchen in this sort of space. There is a dining space space for 6, open and adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
I hope to stay there anytime I ski in Sun Valley.
