It offers a great get away from it all location but just a short five minute drive to the two excellent resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero. The villa is set in its own grounds and benefits from stunning ocean and mountain views. There is also a coastal walk about 400m away that leads to the Puerto Calero marina which has a great choice of international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops. The sea is very close by for snorkeling fans. The pool is gated and has a children's section.

The marina is approximately 2 kilometers away and  great for enjoying the water front restaurants and bars. The variety of different cuisines and designer shops makes Puerto Calero more of an upmarket area The villa is a 15 minute stroll along a coastal track to the marina. There is a small supermarket in the marina. A short drive takes you to the nearby resort of Puerto del Carmen known for it long sandy beaches.NB: The villa is accessed by an unmade road. Taxis will only pick up and drop off from the main road.
