Villa Esinodina is a charming and cozy retreat nestled on a hill overlooking Lake Como, just a short walk from the picturesque town of Varenna. This expansive villa, covering 350 m², can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests across four bedrooms, five beds, and four bathrooms. It offers an ideal setting for families or groups seeking a tranquil escape with stunning lake and mountain views.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden that features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun. The ground floor hosts the main living area, which includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining table, and large windows offering breathtaking views of the lake. Adjacent to this is a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. A separate garden annex houses an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A further bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are available, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Villa Esinodina is equipped with amenities such as free WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and an iron. Guests will also have access to an outdoor parking space and a garage on the property.
