We normally rent a home once a year for a family reunion, if you will (family members from different states coming together at one central location to catch up, share memories past while making new ones). This well-appointed home certainly did not disappoint! Open floor plan allowed all 7 members in our party to easily interact, no matter what room they were in. Having researched rental properties many times over, it has been challenging to find a home that will accommodate a larger group of people, in a single story floor plan. We were so thrilled to have found this beautiful rental property and even more impressed upon arrival. Owner went out of their way to call and check in with us shortly after arrival to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend this rental to others, and would be more than happy to rent again!

Now we have been back a week I'm starting to think about planning our next visit!!! We will be looking at 2021.

We had a great time with extended family during our recent stay -- the pool and hot tub kept the kids happy and the house is perfect with lots of family space and bedrooms situated to give us all some "down time" when needed. Perfectly located to stay out of the crowds, but a really quick drive to watch the kids play at ESPN. Didn't do the parks this time but they were just a short drive too! Thank you.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We didn’t want to spend a moment outside of the home. Had a misunderstanding about the checkout time and the pools heat but other than that we were satisfied with our stay and will book again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely 6 bedroom home with private heated pool and spa. The one time we asked a hot tub question, and support arrived at our pool within 10 minutes to assist. The pool temp was warm at a comfortable at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and the hot tub was also heated to our liking. The poolside BBQ was a welcomed bonus and the secure safe gave peace of mind for our valuables. The yard was well manicured, clean and private. We liked the attractive quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping. After a day at the theme parks it was a wonderful retreat to come home to. The pool cover was on a convenient roll device which made it easy to use overnight. We needed an extra King bed and so we joined 2 twin beds which came with a joining kit (to convert to king size), with king sheet and soft topper. There were ample pillows. It worked great. The owner was very available, accommodating and friendly as was also the property manager. While guests are not able to directly control the temperature at this home set at 73 Degrees , Steve/owner was open to adjusting the temperature upon request. The main shared area was spacious/tasteful and what you see on the photos was true to what we received upon arrival. The master bathroom tile is amazing. The kitchen is new and gorgeous. The laundry room held a new washer and dryer. The fridge and stove also looked higher end and the granite counter top was lovely. I would recommend this home.
