Ethereal comes from the Ancient Greek word "????????" meaning something extremely delicate, heavenly and light in a way that seems not to be of this world. Seemingly floating over the deep blue of the Cretan Sea in a similar manner, Ethereal Villa creates in its turn, the sensation of an ethereal private paradise.

Ethereal Villa welcomes you in Panormo, a beautiful traditional village on the north coast of Rethymno, Crete. The elevated position of the property offers panoramic views of the sea and the magical sunsets, while the tranquility of the landscape and the quiet surrounding, make Ethereal villa the ideal place for a memorable, car-free, holiday by the sea. Allow yourself to be carried away...

The villa is conveniently located just 10 meters from the sea, with two pristine virgin beaches lying just in front of the villa, giving the visitor the choice of sunbathing or swimming in privacy at any time. Also, within walking distance (only 5 minutes away) guests can reach a fully organised beach, as well as the village centre, where they can find all kinds of amenities.

This amazing, sea front, ground floor Villa enables indoor-outdoor access and its layout is perfect for families with young children and groups of friends. Ethereal Villa is a luxurious, brand new property. Ethereal Villa covers 103 sq.m. and can accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 6 guests if necessary.

Entering the Villa, the light and airy open-plan area, makes you feel right at home. The living area features a cozy corner sofa, 43 4K TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, a fireplace and an indoor dining area for 6 guests right next to it. A few steps away, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, with top-grade amenities and a breakfast counter. The room is bright all day long thanks to the many windows and large glass doors, full of luxury touches, that offer stunning sea vistas, as well as direct access to the terrace and pool.

Furthermore, the villa boasts two air conditioned bedrooms both elegantly decorated, with built-in wardrobes, 32 TVs with Netflix that offer outdoor access. The first bedroom offers a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00) while the second bedroom offers two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be joined to create a king size bed (1,80 x 2,00). All living spaces are elegantly decorated with independent HVAC system (air-conditioning) and smart home features. Last but not least, a family bathroom with shower cabin and hydromassage cabin is available, as well as a WC.

Outdoor Area

Set in 2,132 m2 of private grounds, the interior and exterior spaces of Ethereal Villa, seamlessly flow from the inside to outside, offering a sense of uniqueness and comfort at the same time. The outdoor area creates the perfect ambience for the visitor to unwind, while being attracted by the breathtaking, panoramic views of the Aegean Sea lying on your feet and offers several facilities which include:

- A private 22 sq. m. swimming pool, 1.20 min. depth and 1.50 max. depth.

- The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, so you can enjoy sunbathing.

- A built-in bench and lounging spot with pillows are available beside the pool for relaxation.

- A shaded veranda with direct access to the living room and kitchen, offering an outdoor dining table, ideal for al fresco dining.

- The north side of the Villa is surrounded by a beautiful lawn-covered garden, ideal for the kids to play.

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities are also available.

- Parking space for up to 3 cars next to the Villa

- The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests.

Stunning location

Probably the best villa and location we have ever stayed in, and we have done a few. The villa is on its own and has the best sunset view you will ever see. But despite being on its own, it’s not so remote that you can’t walk into Panomoro, just a 10-15 walk. Lovely restaurants and bars, everyone friendly. Also to our delight most of the restaurants offer Vegan options, meaning we did not have to hunt for anywhere so we could all eat together. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 10:30pm, but not an issue. Quick call to the owner and he met us there, even providing some pizza (requested) so we had something to eat that’s evening. There is a small shop 5 mins walk where you can get essentials, beer wine etc 😀 We fell in love with Crete and Panomoro and part of that was the villa itself. We will be back to this area for sure

Paradise at its best!

Where to begin.... From the booking process I knew that this rental was going to be special! The etouri company looking after the booking really couldn't have been more helpful - they were quick at replying to any questions I asked, arranged car hire for me and helped with booking excursions. On arrival we were met at the villa by Adonis who was very helpful showing us round and letting us know he was on hand if ever we needed anything. The property was spotless and we couldn't believe how many groceries had been left for us, it saved the need to go out shopping for all the basics for the whole stay! We are a family of 4 and there was ample space, the outside area and pool were amazing and that view- just WOW, there was the ocean in front and to the side mountains, couldn't have asked for anything else! The sunsets/sunrises were breathtaking, a view that will stay in my memory forever. We didn't eat at the villa other than breakfast but plenty of equipment if you choose to do so and also a barbecue area to the rear. It took no more than 10 mins to walk into the small town of Panormos, plenty of places to eat there. Would I recommend this property -100% YES! One day I will definitely return 🌞

Perfect

Villa is incredible. The panoramic sea view is amazing, with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Villa exactly as pictures (or better!) show. Very high standard. Walk to Panormo 10mins with lovely selection of tavernas and restaurants. Car not needed unless want to explore the island. Etouri means stress free holiday!! Truly excellent management service. Communication prior to arrival brilliant. Support and organisation for our stay perfect. Thank you Adonis and the rest of the team for an unforgettable holiday
