Labor Day Getaway
Love, love, love the location, the layout. the convenience to everything! My 3 grandchildren specifically ask to stay at the same place next year. It is officially a family tradition!
Very pleased with the property. Had a great time, would definitely consider staying there again.
Great Time in Pigeon Forge
This place was amazing! Everything was very clean. The location is awesome. You can not do better in the area. We will be coming back again!
Our family had a great family vacation.
The cabin was perfect for our needs. 3 families and bedrooms on 3 different floors. Main living area beautiful, but small for our rambunctious grandchildren. Pool is close and very nice. We went to the larger pool...needed to drive there, but no actual parking, so we parked at someone’s cabin who appeared to be gone at the time. Beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this cabin mostly for adults with older children. A bonus was being very close to Kroger and tons of restaurants in case you’re too tired to cook...as we were the last night of our visit.
What a great vacation! This home away from home was the perfect choice for our family!!!
I am thrilled to say that the Eagles Nest which is now owned by Fran Tyson and which has been renamed “It’s A Wonderful Life”, was absolutely perfect! “It’s a Wonderful Life” can be found under VRBO #1643136. I loved the fact that our Host, Fran, was readily available if we had any questions. This chalet is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and in the perfect location. It’s very convenient to all attractions, with many of them being only minutes away. Even though it was located just minutes from the main parkway, it still had that “country” feel that we wanted. On any of the three back decks you are surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the peace and quiet as we watched the squirrels run up and down them. The kids especially loved that! The kitchen is fully equipped with just about anything you could possibly need, including an electric skillet, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig, as well as a regular coffee pot. There was a wide variety of pots, pans, glassware, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils and plenty of kitchen towels and dish cloths. All three bathrooms were supplied well with towels, hand towels and wash cloths as well. Many fun times were had in the man cave playing pool, foosball and arcade games. There must be at least 25 or so games to choose from. Frogger and Donkey Kong were my favorite! It was nice having a refrigerator down in the man cave as well. This meant no running up and down stairs for drinks. There’s no need to pack a lot of clothes because there’s a nice large laundry room with a washer and dryer located downstairs in the man cave. Oh, and did I mention hot tub? It sure felt good relaxing in it after a long day of walking. The chalet was very clean. All beds, according to everyone in our party, were very comfortable. The air conditioning on all three floors was cold, which in the month of July was very much appreciated! There was plenty of parking for three mid size vehicles. The two community swimming pools, one of which you could walk to, were well maintained and clean. The pool furniture was abundant and in great shape. The whole idea of feeling at home while away from home was definitely met here. I can’t stress enough about how comfortable the entire chalet was. I truly felt at home the whole week. If we ever get the opportunity to go back to Pigeon Forge our family will definitely book our stay here. Thanks Again Fran, for sharing your lovely chalet with us! Geaux LSU Tigers!
