Tout simplement une magnifique villa luxueuse de 5 chambres située sur une superbe propriété privée et close. Il y a 3 étages et de très grandes terrasses, une piscine à débordement de 12 mètres ainsi qu’une maisonnette près de la piscine avec un pont séparé en bois de teck ; le tout avec une superbe vue sur les vignobles et les îles a proximité d’Hyères.
Dans une région d'un magnifique beauté avec des jardins, des terrasses, du gazon et des coins pour s'isoler et être en paix avec des couchers de soleil à vous couper le souffle.
Idéale pour des familles et groupes d’amis.

A dream for our family.
We are a french family and we have lived 7 years in this region that we know very well. This year it is the second time we have rented this property and it is for us one of the best location we have ever been.
The house is perfectly maintained and we love the area, the landscape as well as the comfort and practicablity of the premises.
In one word, the pictures show the reality and there is no frustration when one discover the property itself.
We especially like the area because the sea is at 15 mn. by car without traffic and we have the choice between many beaches and neighbouring places.
The Golf of Valcros is at 5 mn. which is a very interesting golf course.
If you have a boat that you can put at Hyeres or La Londe, provided that you make a reservation early in the year, you will appreciate many places with sandy or rocky beaches from La Londe to the Lavandou or Toulon, with Brégançon, Giens, Cape Benat, Porquerolles and Port Cros Islands.
The owner is fair and reliable.

Hilltop paradise
Nestled into the hillside with ever-changing views across the valley to the sea and the Iles d'Or, Villa Mathilde is a gem. The villa is spacious and airy and no detail has been spared - from the formal living room to the well-equipped kitchen we have
rarely rented anywhere so well thought out or more beautifully presented. The lower level with it's own sitting room and terrace was much appreciated by the younger members of our party, as was the spacious pool terrace which meant everyone could have their "own space".
The nearby village of La Londe is a gem with a bustling Sunday market and Cedric Gola's unmissable restaurant - be sure to book a table early in your stay as you'll want to return. Bormes les Mimosas and Le Lavandou are equally charming with a wide range of restaurants and interesting boutiques to browse if
you can tear yourself away from the villa.
The owners are rightly proud of their beautiful villa and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect. We look forward to returning to Villa Mathilde in the future.

Réponse du propriétaire: Nice to get positive feedback!...we have been featured in Maisons et Decors magazine this year and also on Cote Jardin on French TV3 this december...so the gardens are at last bearing the fruit of our dedicated and now somewhat famous garden designer, Jean baptiste Cavatore.

The best
Is there a better villa in this area of the South of France? I would be amazed if there is. Everything was as described and the photos are very good. However seeing is believing: no picture can really do justice to the quality of the house, pool and its fantastic outlook. The golf course is nearby and you can actually see part of it from the huge terrace.
It is very nicely located for Toulon airport and great restaurants abound in the area. The fact that you are smack in the middle of Provencal wine country and have to pass a number of domaines to get to the house just adds to the appeal.

Réponse du propriétaire: We have 34 vineyards in our commmune alone...and La Londe now has Cotes de Provence status - Rose, red and whites are all delicious!
