A beautiful high quality residence and amongst the best we have rented in the 6 years that we have been visiting and renting villa's in Naples & Marco Island. Very well equipped with all the essentials you will need. It's actually the 1st villa we've rented that has actually had enough sun loungers to accomodate its occupants! Being able to have use of the community pool at the Players Club for no additional charge was a real benefit as most other owners appear to make an additional charge for this. There is a great toddlers pool within the Players Club which is completely seperate to the main pool and was perfect for my two year old, most days we had the whole area to ourselves! The caretaker of the property was very helpful and even catered for our shopping essentials so that when we arrived late in the evening we didn't have to make a mad dash to the supermarket. Very good value for money and a great holiday in style & luxury.

Home away from home!

Just let me first comment on all the glowing reviews that precede this one--they are 100% true. The villa is well located, well supplied and oh so very comfortable! It quickly became 'our' home. After a day of being out golfing, shopping or at the beach, it was always a pleasure to return. We spent countless hours enjoying the lanai. Even the outdoor chairs were comfy and of course the hot tub was most appreciated. Booking this home was easy as Paul was very accessible by email. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The local caretaker was friendly and readily available when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely recommend this home. In fact, we have already rebooked for next year!

Perfect Holiday Home

Having rented many properties in Naples over the years my wife and I were so pleased to have chosen this lovely home for our very special 'birthday' holiday this year. The house, pool and facilities could not have been better. Thank you so much to Paul and Malcolm for renting us your beautiful house and especially to Paul for all his help in making the transactions so easy. The location was perfect for us and a great base for visiting all our old favourites on 5th and 3rd in Old Naples and discovering some new ones too ( The Garage on the corner of Airport Pulling and Davis is a real blast especially on Tuesday 'Karaoke' night !!)
Membership of The Players Club is a real bonus and a visit To Goodlands on Sunday Afternoons is a must for all 'live' music lovers.
Our best times though were simply relaxing by the pool in this wonderful Lely home.
This property could not be more highly recommended by us.

A beautiful villa located on a superb golfing complex. The villa has everything you require to make your holiday relaxed and enjoyable. The villa is located close to a Publix and within a short easy drive of the main area of Naples where there are many shops, restaurants and beaches to enjoy. The villa was tastefully decorated, beautifully clean and fully equipped. The pool and deck was also spotless and of a high quality. The owner was also very helpful. This villa comes with our full recommendation.

Our best holiday in Naples

This is the first time that we had stayed in a villa in Naples and we were not disappointed, everything that we needed was in place, the villa was very clean, beautifully decorated, the pool and outside area were to the same outstanding quality. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip and would only stay here !! The owner could not have been more helpful. Getting to the shops, restaurants and nearby beaches was so easy, you would need a car though, but the facilities on the resort are the best. Go there, you will not be disappointed ! (Please leave time for us to go back though !)

We have just returned from our 4th stay at this villa and we still love it as much as the first time!
From booking right through to our (reluctant) return home everything was perfect again.
The owner, Paul, is very helpful with good communications throughout the process.
The villa is still well maintained and very clean with everything you need for a great holiday. It is truly lovely and in a great location - quiet and private while being close to everything you need.
It is well worth reading the 'hints & tips' folder - we read it each time we're there & learn something new from it! This year we learnt that if you book golf at the Lely courses through a certain website, it is much cheaper than booking direct & this saved us a lot of money.
There are so many villas to choose from for your holiday in Naples that it makes your head spin but you really cannot go wrong with this one.

This spacious villa is comfortable,well appointed with many extras and located in very quite and peaceful area.
This is the fourth year running we have returned for a 5 week holiday which probably says it all.
The propery is always spotlessly clean and well maintained and the extras such as golf clubs,a bicycle and broadband internet all add to the enjoyment.
We reckon it would be very suitable for everyone, from those with young families to octogenarians like us,
Highly recommended.

Wonderful Villa. Everything was clean & tidy and all you need (and more) as a Home from Home. All the extra touches were there incl Gas for the BBQ.
There were golf clubs at the villa if you wish to play
The Owners were exceptionally helpful throughout the process
The Players club on the complex was excellant - plenty to do for everyone
Close to local amenities so could walk to Supermarket & local restaurant if necessary.
This was our 3rd visit to Naples area & we have never been dissapointed.
Worth going to Marco Island
Great Shelling @ Captiva & Sannibel Island. If you time it right, just before sunset you can usually see the Dolphins swimming back

This was our first time staying in a rental property and it definately won't be our last. The villa is beautiful, spacious,clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. The Players Club is a real bonus with its lovely swimming pool, lap pool and first class gym. Downtown Naples and beaches are about 15-20 minute drive. Nearest supermarket is about a 2 minute drive. The owner, Paul was extemely helpful. We would recommend this property 100% and we would definatly return.

Second year in a row visiting this villa and the experience was equally if not more enjoyable than our last visit. Newly decorated to a high standard. The players club membership is available which is worth the minmal additional cost even if you only use it for Sunday brunch!
As a golfer took full advantage of the two courses available and are reasonably priced and provides a good test for the average golfer.As we visited in October the courses were always fairly quiet.
Visited Shark Valley for the 1st time this year. it's about 1hrs drive but you can hire bikes and there is a trolley tour with commentary from a park ranger.
The airboat ride we had at Cptain doug's was fun. For a more educational trip Wooton's is an option.
We visited Sanibel island and Sarasota where the Ringling Museum is worth a visit.
Downtown Naples has an abundance of restaurants to choose from and the quality of food is excellent.
Property has everything you need eg deckchairs, golf clubs and a man's bike.
Hope to visit again soon.
