I spent three amazing days in Madrid with my husband, my parents and my two children.

The apartment is completely renovated, the beds, the kitchen and all the other furnishing is completely new, in a friendly atmosphere and a lot of light. I slept with my husband on the sofa bed. The two boys slept in the dormitory with two single beds and my parents slept in the double bed.
All the beds (and also the sofa bed) were really comfortable. I was amazed by how comfortable the sofa bed is, because normally, they are better to be used just as sofas and not as beds, but this one was really soft and cosy. All the other beds were really comfortable, too.
All the rooms(and bathrooms and kitchen) had heatings, so we did not get cold in February.
Both of the bathrooms had showers, so we did not loose time in the mornings ;)

The location of the apartment was perfect for long sightseeing-tours. It‘s located right under the Viaducto, the famous bridge of Madrid that leads directly to the Palace and the Cathedral Almudena. So we just had to go up the stairs to get to the Plaza Oriente. There is also a bus station right in front of the house. We always went to the Metro station „Opera“ right in front of the Theatre.

My inquiries to the owner were always replied to very quickly so that we started our holidays with a pleasant feeling.

Secure, safe and spacious flat in central Madrid.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
Our flight was 3.5 hours late owing to heavy snow in UK. The owner Maria was in contact with us by text reassuring us that Angie would still be waiting to let us in. We arrived just before midnight to a smile!
The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the main tourist sights, it was just a short uphill walk to the Cathedral and Palacio Real.
After a busy day we were glad to take the lift up to the second floor!
The free wi-fi was useful.
We were a party of three adults and if we are in Madrid again, we will defintely stay here!

My friend and i stayed here for four days when we went to watch Real Madrid play Athletico Madrid.we thought the apartment was excellent,had everything we needed and fixtures and fittings were good quality.both bathrooms were nice with plenty of towels and even shower gel and shampoo,which normally you dont find when you book an apartment,more like a hotel really.there was a small laptop with internet access as well,this was really helpful for finding what was going on around Madrid.
all in all a great place to stay,although there is a small hill to walk up to the main part of the city,it was no problem and only took a few minutes.we would stay again next time we are in Madrid,loved it.

This apartment was adequate in size and features, and it was clean. But it lacked any welcoming, personal and considerate touches for travelers. There was no welcome note, no list of directions explaining how everything worked, no toaster oven or coffee maker, no complimentary bottle of water or wine, no telephone for local calls to make dinner reservations or call a taxi, no hair dryer, no suggested neighborhood restaurants, no tour books or books of any kind for that matter and no taxi number for a ride to the airport. We would have appreciated these things.

We spent a long weekend at the apartment and could not fault it. The apartment is perfectly located next to the Palace within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and markets. The location is quite and the apartment roomy. Both Maria and Angi made the experience effortless and could not have done more to help us during our stay. We have no hesitation in recommending the property.

The owner was exceptionally helpful and made booking this appt very easy. She answered all queries immediately and helped with travel arrangements. The flat was simple, comfortable and spotlessly clean. In a central position so we were able to walk everywhere. Helped make our trip memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the this lovely modern apartment. The location was perfect and in easy walking distance to all the sites in old Madrid. We especially enjoyed the San Miguel Market. What an awesome place!! Maria was very helpful and accommodating throughout the rental process. Angi waited at the apartment for us to arrive even though we were late as we under-estimated the length of time it would take to get to the apartment after getting off the subway.
The apartment was very clean and extremely secure. It was also very quiet. We would definitely rent it again and would recommend it to our friends. Thanks, Maria.

We spent 6 days in this lovely apartment and were amazed how centric the location was. It was so close to everything and still a nice and quiet corner away from the noisy traffic.
There were so many nice restaurants and cafes in the small streets nearby, especially when you walked towards the Sol square.We were also pleased to be able to prepare some meals by ourselves and enjoy the various products and vegetables of the market halls nearby.
We are a family with 2 teenagers and they were happy to use the good internet connectivity; there was even a small laptop you could use.
The furniture was high class, the towels really soft and of good quality and what was really great, the air conditioning worked well during the hot summer days and nights.
We were very pleased with the service and flexibility provided by the owner.
I would really recommend the place if someone asks for an apartment in Madrid.
