Ma famille est restée une semaine dans cet appartement très propre, bien équipée et refait à neuf. Correspond aux photos même en mieux .Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables. A proximité de commerces, métro et bus, tout en étant situé dans une rue au calme. Nous garderons l'adresse pour certainement relouer. A recommander et à louer en toute confiance. Vraiment que de très bons souvenirs pour une première expérience de location à Rome en famille. Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Merci pour l'attention et gentillesse du propriétaire Michele.
My family has spent a wonderful week at this clean, well managed and furnished apartment. The apartment was recently renewed and the pictures correspond well to the real conditions. Beds are specially confortables and the bathrooms really great and design. The apartement is very quiet and very well located near to the downtown where important touristic sites are easily accessibles. You really can't find a better deal with such a great downtown location at Roma. The reception by Michele was great and he was helpful to give all details we needed. I strongly recommend this apartment for families. Thanks Michele.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment for our trip to Rome. It was close to the metro as advertised and a grocery store, as well as a pastry shop on the last morning for breakfast (they were delicious!) The rooms were adequate and there was a map of the Metro system that really helped us find our way. The only thing that would have made the stay a little nicer was that it got a little stuffy in the apartment as it was raining and if we opened the windows many mosquitoes got in. There were fans in the rooms that worked well, but it would have been nice to have some kind of air conditioning or have been able to keep the windows open with screens to keep the mosquitoes out. The kitchen was a little small but we were able to make it work. Also, one of the toilets stopped working after the first day, but was fixed by the last day we were there (we only stayed the weekend). All in all, it was a great place for the price and I would recommend it as a great place to stay that's out of the city center but close enough by metro that it doesn't matter. I actually just recommended this place to my sister who was going to visit Rome this spring.

Sensational apartment and location in Rome

If you,re coming to Rome and and more than two, then this is the place for you.
The apartment is very clean and spacious, there are 6 of us in this apartment and it is perfect. Apartment is south east of Rome. Metro is a 5 minute slow walk and it takes you to all the major tourist attractions if that's what you're into. The apartment is situated enough out of town to escape the rat race of Rome (as ironic as that sounds), which means food, clothing and all other expenses are much cheaper. Parking is problematic but there is Euro parking around the corner for approx 10 Euros a day, the blokes in there are fantastic. There is also a pizzeria 4 or 5 doors up from the apartment, Guiseppe is a great bloke and very knowledgeable, if not for him Lazio v Udinese would have only been a dream.
Michele the host is a legend. Service is his middle name. He bends over backwards to make your stay as accommodating as possible.
I highly recommend the apartment, the area and the locals.

Spacious, safe, well located, roomy apartment!

Our family of five had such a great trip to Rome and Michele was a big part of the success of our trip. He was very communicative before we even left home. Our friends had stayed in another one of his apartments before and had great things to say about Michele and his apartment. We were not disappointed. He met us at the apartment and gave us lot of advice about trains and subways, even writing down instructions for us. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and everything was in great condition.
The pictures do not show how truly spacious this space is. The metro was just down the street. There were plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shopping within walking distance and we were out of the tourist areas and in a real Italian neighborhood. The local shopkeepers were very friendly and helpful. We loved it.
Michele even called a taxi for us back to the airport when we left.
We will always stay in one of his apartments when we are in Rome.
