Drove down from Washington to the villa with our 2 teenage daughters. It was easy to find, the gate house staff were very friendly and everything was well organised. The villa was absolutely perfect for us in a nice quiet area but very close to a supermarket to enable us to stock up with breakfast stuff and snacks. Despite the relatively cold weather, two braved the pool and I can imagine in hot weather this would be an absolute delight after the parks. Excellent value for the money with seperate bedrooms for us all and much better than being squashed into a motel room with a couple of queens ! Would definately use again. The Walsh clan. Northampton. UK.

Two week stay by 1st time visitors

2 week stay was very enjoyable and relaxing, and close to all parks.
The villa was very clean and comfortable,more than relaxing environment for evening time with pool and games room available.
Villa situated on excellent golf complex,even for non-golfers.
Also close to all shops and amenities, and mainroad.
Would recommend this Villa highly as a place to stay

We arrived in the evening but the villa was very easy to find thanks to the area map we received from the owner. Once we entered the Sand Dunes security gate we knew we were in for a great holiday.
The location was great - centrally based so we could visit all the attractions and shopping malls. We did venture further afield to the Cape Kennedy Space Station on the east coast and to Clearwater on the west coast.
The villa overlooked the third green on the golf course and we sat by the pool watching the players drive by on their buggies. We decided it would be a waste not to have a go so we booked a round and were teamed up with another English couple. We had a great day and finished up having a meal at the Golf Club.
The villa was bigger than expected and was exceptionally clean and well equipped so we were able to dine in. We also ate out at local restaurants recommended to us by other holiday makers.
We would recommend the villa to anybody and would definately like to go back again.

We just spent 3 months at the villa and found it to be one of the best that we have rented. The location is great for long term renters since it is not far from the theme parks (or the airport). Due to our length of stay we cooked many of our own meals and to this end we can say that he villa is well equipped for this purpose. We would recommend this villa for any length vacation.

Julie says: "Quite superb!! We booked for only a few days but we wished we'd spent all our holiday here! The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained with everything we could have wished for...the pool was lovely. The golf 'on site' was excellent and everyone so friendly. Very easy to get to all the big attractions...what more could we want? We will definitely be back!"

Just a quick mail to thank you for the use of your villa, it was exactly what we needed.
We found it no problem whatsoever
A great time was had by all.
We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and its surroundings (the location is brilliant in terms of being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but the location over looking the 3rd fairway is special)
Again thanks for the use of the villa, we are hoping to go back next year and will defiantly like to use the villa again if our dates permit.
