Une belle pierre, traditionnelle chypriote de style, villa de 4 chambres avec piscine privée à débordement. La villa, dans le village traditionnel de Peyia, a vue panoramique mer et montagne et est idéalement situé à 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Paphos, à 15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Paphos, à 5 minutes en voiture de plage de Coral Bay. Le centre du village est de Peyia 5-10 minutes à pied.
Avec une cuisine bien équipée, chauffage complet sans l'air conditionné et central et une cheminée dans le salon offre un confort d'hiver. La villa a été très-bien décorées à un niveau supérieur et bien équipé, avec un mobilier confortable, 42 'TV avec canaux Royaume-Uni, lecteur DVD-CD et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
Les jardins paysagers entourent un «infini» piscine offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la baie de corail et la côte de Paphos Sea Caves à. Les 2 chambres à l'étage ont de grands balcons avec des vues magnifiques et les pièces communes ont des portes patio donnant sur le patio en pierre et piscine.

My family and our friends spent an unforgettable week at Villa Adonia for the New Year.
First I want to thank TJ Properties for clear and quick work! The whole process of our vacation was clear and perfectly organized. Easy payment, instruction on the use of the villa, the friendly manager and a very pleasant conversation.
Secondly I want to say that the villa itself deserves the kind words. The house has everything you need for your stay. Especially in the winter we assessed central heating! Warm up in the sauna and swim in the pool - no problem! Very comfortable, you can sit by the fireplace with your loved ones with a glass of mulled wine. On a sunny day you can dine well at the pool with sea views. Eat fresh strawberries in winter while traveling by car in the snowy mountains of Troodos - pleasure not just for kids :)
We hope to meet again with our friends at Villa Adonia!

Jim, Tracey, our escape from the weather here was well worth it. Our stay in Adonia was just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The villa was perfect for our family. We found everything to be spotless and of high quality, to the extent of fluffy towels! It is obvious that you have both paid attention to detail and not gone down the traditional route that most villa owners go down. The views around the villa are stunning and whilst we can couldn't sunbathe every day, the homeliness and the surroundings made up for any shortfall in the weather. We will contact you again in the new year to book again for next year and possibly bring along our extended family to stay in your other villa next door. Happy New Year to you both. "We have had a wonderful time here. We have been at the beach one day but everyone wanted to drive back to the house after just one hour:) Very relaxing to have a pool for ourselves. Also nice restaurants here. We will certainly rent the house again

I just wanted to drop you an email to say we had an absolutely wonderful time in Adonia last week. The villa is stunning, far exceeding our expectations and we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable time. The only complaint we had was having to leave - the time flew by and we just wanted to stay longer.
We are confident that we will make a repeat booking for next summer, if possible, but may try and do a longer trip - possibly 10 days.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Adonia. We were very impressed with the accommodation – it was perfect for a large group of adults, all the rooms being a decent size, and all ensuite. The location was very good, and the pool was a delight. We were very thankful for the air-con too. Customer service was brilliant - our only problem was sorted very quickly and cheerfully. So glad that we managed to get some sunshine while the rest of the UK was getting wet! Again many thanks for letting us stay in your villa, it was a wonderful, relaxing holiday and we would certainly consider booking again on our next trip to Cyprus.

Hello Tracy, we had a marvellous two weeks in Cyprus and would definitely go back. It's a return to reality though and the Scottish climate! Thanks for the use of Adonia and the property services people were very helpful when needed.

"We had a wonderful time at your villa and know you would like some feedback. We have stayed in villas all round the world and yours is one of the ones we would definitely wish to return to. It was very clean, had excellent quality kitchen fixtures and crockery, a comfortable master bed and good size secondary bedrooms for when we return with our family one day. The agents on site were very helpful and charming.
The beautiful gardens, wonderful view, tranquil setting and privacy were more than we had expected and the proximity to the town for eating and drinking was a real bonus. We had a good drive around to look at some of the other villas we had considered and felt we had definitely chosen the right one.
I hope you have a good letting season this year and look forward to enjoying your lovely villa again soon.

Thank you for allowing us to holiday in Villa Adonia. We have been to Cyprus a number of times but can honestly say that this time was the best. Your Villa is spacious inside and out, allowing us to relax to the maximum. The infinity pool was large enough for our party of 8 to enjoy plenty of lazy days sunbathing and then cooling off. The location is just right with tavernas and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed meals out in Coral Bay in the evening which was really nice and was only a 10minute drive away. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much thanks again.

First of all I must say, me and my family enjoyed very much the stay at the villa and the great service we received from Chris.

We really enjoyed the stay at the villa. The accommodation was perfect for us, with a lovely pool. The location was perfect- quiet with stunning views, but close enough to walk to the village and easily get to Coral Bay and Paphos. The views of the bay over the end of the infinity pool were awesome.
The facilities were very good, although we did have problems with the spin cycle on the washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped, and the quality of furniture and fitting was excellent.
If we return to Cyprus, then we would be delighted to stay there again, that's the true measure of how much we enjoyed it.
