Excellente situation en centre ville, en secteur sauvegardé, dans le quartier des Chartrons et la rue des propriétaires de vignoble. Appartement meublé de type F3-F4 au troisième étage sans ascenceur avec vue directe sur le Jardin Public, 2 chambres , salon séjour avec cheminée, cuisine indépendante, bureau et dressing séparé. L'appartement est très lumineux (sept fenêtres). La décoration et l'ameublement sont raffinés. Possibilité d'accueil jusqu'à huit personnes. Possibilité de rentrer les bicyclettes dans l'immeuble. Places de stationnement public et gratuit devant l'immeuble. Le détail des tarifs dépend de la durée et de la période de votre séjour.

Great position, great apartment
The apartment itself is very comfortable. The living area is spacious and really suited our family of four. The kitchen is well laid out and has everything that you need. There is a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. This was not a concern for us but maybe for others.
The landlords were very welcoming and extremely helpful. If we had a problem, it was resolved within 24 hrs.
Our children went to the local primary school (Ecole Montgolfier) which was also excellent.
We found Bordeaux to be a very pleasant city to live in, as well as being a good base from which to visit places like St Emilion or the Dordogne region.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend time in Bordeaux.

The apartment is located accross the Jardin Public in an 18th century (I think) stone building close to everything: the allée de Tourny and St Catherine, for example, are a 10 minute walk, while the river is 5 minutes away. Overall, the apartment is a nice combination of vintage (shabby chic pine floors, gorgeous staircase, beautiful windows, stone walls, ...) and modern (the bathroom, the kitchen, the furnishings, recently painted walls with bright colors, ...).
The two main bedrooms and the living/dining room are generously sized, with comfortable, modern furniture. The bathroom and eat-in kitchen are modern with new or almost new appliances. The kitchen includes everything to make yourself at home: dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, salad bowls, drainers, etc.
The landlords are very, very nice. Since there were no issues with the place, we didn't have to contact them much. The one time that I did, when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, the owner came to the house as soon as I called and turned it on (the heating works great, by the way.)
Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.
