Quinta das Palmeiras est debout une superbe grande «famille» villa dans un parc très grandes en retrait de la N125 principale près du village de Espiche et à environ 2 km de Praia da Luz.
Pour l'acheteur de plus de discernement d'un voyage à Lagos proches prendrait environ 10 minutes en voiture. Il ya des cours de golf à proximité.
Un escalier raide et colimaçon mène à l'étage où il ya trois

Ferien in der tollen Palmenvilla

Uns haben die 3 Wochen, welche wir in diesem tollen Haus verbracht haben, sehr gefallen und wir können es jederzeit empfehlen.
Das Haus eignet sich sehr für 2 Familien (wir waren 4 Erw / 10 Kinder). Im Erdgeschoss hat es 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss hat es dann 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Badezimmer. 2 kleinere Schlafzimmer erreicht man allerdings nur durch das vorgelagerte, grösste Schlafzimmer.
Haus, Umgebung und Pool sind ganz toll. Der Tennisplatz ist für 'Nicht-Profis' auch ganz OK (Hartplatz), ein neues Netz würde gelegentlich guttun.
Zwingend notwendig ist ein Auto (für Strand od. zum Einkaufen). Der Strand von Luz ist in rund 5 Minuten per Auto gut zu erreichen.
Wir würden wieder mal dort Ferien machen. Allerdings würden wir hoffen, dass der Wind, welcher meist wehte, etwas weniger kühl wäre (v.a. abends), dafür kann das Haus aber nichts ;-)

Have just returned from a week in Luz , this is our second year running staying in this fantastic villa , it is about 20 minutes good walk down into Luz so a car is at times recommended. The villa offers everything one should need for a perfect resting place , great pool and terrace . Always very clean and quiet , there are a couple of nice eating places just over the road should you not want to drive . We will returnig again next year as the place now seems like home to us. It maybe a bit remote if you have teenagers wanting the night life , but for our needs it is fantatic. Trevor and friends from the UK.

We had a fantastic time at Quinta Das Palmeiras. The villa is well laid out and well equipped with a large pool area and private secluded grounds all contained behind the electronic front gates, so no worries re children safety.
Although only 2km from Praia de Luz and 5km from Lagos we would say a car is essential as main supermarkets are closer to Lagos.
Great restaurants in Lagos, Praia and Burgau - all child friendly but also higher end as well just for the adults.
Having been to Portugal on a number of occasions we felt no need to do the usual ' tourist trips' and the villa made it so easy to just relax by the pool and take it easy. If you are a beach person then Praia and Burgau are good but also Sagres which is a 30 min drive. Going to the beach in the evening when cooler is the best option.
All in all a great time had by all and would love to go back.

Lovely quiet secluded spot.

An excellent villa for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of life . Nice pool very secluded and private but with lots of room . Some parts of the villa need cosmetic attention but overall very very good. We had a wondeful stay there and would use it again.

Réponse du propriétaire: I am pleased these clients enjoyed their stay and have already booked for 2012! During the winter of 2011 a certain amount of refurbishments are taking place including the items which the client referred to (cosmetic attention). This villa with its own tennis court is, in my opinion, very good value for money.

Very nice house, excellent service

we spent 2 weeks with 2 famiiies and had excellent holidays. The house is located at 2-3 kms of the sea. It is very well furbished, and the patio allows to protect from the winds (when there are). Housing was really up to the description.
