This apartment looked exactly as shown in the photo, clean and modern. It is approximately 3 minutes walk to the beach. It is fully furnished. The only disappointing part of my stay was that the balcony was inside the apartment complex, and not facing the street, as I had initially thought. The manager is kind and friendly, and provided us with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I would recommend this apartment if you'r on a budget and one or two people only.

I went to Nice with my 2 sisters and we stayed at this apartment. Location is superb you are litearlly walking distance form every where we even walked into the port which is a bit of a trek but the scenery is so fantastic it made walking a lot easier. The apartment is very smart and having the air conditioning was a life saver. You are provided with everything you need to know about Nice in way of brochures etc. Katherine the lady who met us was brilliant and was there for our every need I couldnt compliment her enough. The bus stop at the end of the road also has a link to the airport and the Gare SNCF which enabled us to travel to Italy for a day also. All in I would highly recommend this property and would have no hesitation in going back there.

We stayed at this apartment in late May/early June for 10 days and used it as a base to explore Nice, Cannes and Monaco and it was ideal for this. We had a really warm welcome from the agent when we arrived. The apartment is really well located near Nice town centre, a 2 minute walk from the beach front and about a 20 minute walk from the Old Town where we spent most evenings. The apartment was clean and included everything you'd need including a well-stocked kitchen. The only disappointment was the balcony which is not private and looks onto the apartments opposite. Apart from that I'd recommend it for a long weekend or a 7 day break. There is a 80 euro charge on departure for cleaning.

Everything in the apartment was perfect, clean and new. the owner provided a very good service and even in the fridge there was a bottle of wine. very near to the promenade des anglais we had a beautiful holiday. I would recommend the property to everyone who really want enjoy a week in relax and confort and without the car, you don't need it.
