Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Pueblo 60, du 9 au 22 septembre 2012. Suite à l'accueil chaleureux de Nic et de Nancy, nous avons découvert une maison gaie, soignée, sécurisée et bien équipée, avec une très agréable terrasse/jardin. Pouvoir prendre ses repas au jardin avec vue sur la mer est un réel plus ! Les alentours sont calmes, verdoyants et fleuris, avec deux très belles piscines communes. Nous avons profité de la plage, des piscines, du village de Nerja qui est très touristique et bien pourvu en magasins et restaurants et fait quelques visites (Grenade - à ne pas rater !, Malaga, grottes de Nerja + de très beaux villages aux alentours). Sur la plage de la Buriana: ne pas rater la délicieuse paella de chez Ayo préparée au feu de bois (à volonté pour 6,50 Euros/pers). Nous avons adoré ces vacances en famille à Nerja (deux adultes et deux ados de 17 et 18 ans), très reposantes et agréables !

El Capistrano is een sfeervol en kleinschalig aandoend complex. Woning Pueblo 60 is comfortabel genoeg, heeft behoorlijk veel privacy, allerlei voorzieningen dichtbij en een toegankelijke en erg behulpzame eigenaar. Erg geschikt ook voor kleine kinderen. Wel is er, door de stenen vloeren in de huizen, af en toe geluid van de (boven)buren.
Zeker in het voor- en naseizoen een aanrader, net als Nerja en zijn omgeving (strand, Granada, Alhama, etc.).

We have just got back from a wonderful weeks holiday at pueblo 60. My husband and I wanted a relaxing week to recharge the batteries and staying here has certainly done the trick. The villa is so peaceful with a wonderful secluded outdoor area that is a real sun trap. The villa has everything you need and also a good choice of english TV chanels. Nic met us at the property and let us check in earlier than normal as the place had been cleaned and was ready. It is an ideal base to walk to the Burriana beach and also into the town of Nerja. El Capistrano is very quant a lovely development of appartments and villas with a couple of communal pools, a bar and restaurant. It is all very well kept and spotlessly clean.

There are a lot of walks in the area, also the caves are worth visiting, as is Frigiliana, a pretty little town perched on the mountains. Further afield at Granada the Alhambra Palace is a must, it gets very busy though so make sure you prebook on the internet before. You can then collect your tickets on the day.

If you want a relaxing week in the sun we'd definitely recommend this.

Pueblo 60 is our favourite place to stay. We stay every year because it is perfectly situated , quiet, well equipped and spotlessly clean! Nic and Nancy the owners are always discreetly on-hand to offer real 'hands-on' support and a discreet service-that, to me, is a big advantage they have over other owners who rent holiday homes in other countries but actually live in the UK.

This was a speacial hoiliday for my wife and I, it was our first away with our little boy. The apartment was absolutley perfect, The pool was literally up some steps and 100 yards away which was Brilliant. There is a shop 500 yards away and a super sol 5 mins down the hill which was very convenient.The facilities in the villa were again everything we needed cooker, fridge kettle, fans etc. Nerja is a very lovely town and very spainish still with the little lanes, lovely resturaunts and bars a great place for a family holiday. A speacial thank you to Nic and Nancy for being very hospitable during our stay.

My final comments would be book this villa and you should not be dissapointed.

We have been coming to this house in Capistrano Village since 2002. It is totally clean and well maintained and Nic and Nancy are so friendly and helpful. Our flight this year was delayed and knowing we were going to be late, they kindly put some food and drinks in the fridge, put some lights on and turned down the sofa-bed, making it very welcoming!

One of the best things about this property is the amount of private, enclosed outdoor space - great for sunbathing, eating outdoors and letting the kids play safely.

The pools on Capistrano are well maintained and there is a pool bar at the one closest to the house.The supermarket on the complex is really handy and the staff are friendly.It is also not a very long walk to the big supermarket,Supersol.

It takes us about 25 minutes to walk into the centre of Nerja,the walk being flat and easy.There is an hourly bus service into the town from the complex-the bus stop is just at the top of the stairs that you come up from the house.The last bus is around 8pm,but be warned that sometimes there is no room on the bus. The bus takes around 15-20 minutes to get into town, as it goes to the beach first. In town there are plenty of restaurants to choose from-our favourites are Pinocchios, California and Scarlettas. The Hotel Plaza Cavana is great for cocktails, milkshakes and people-watching - friendly staff and snacks too.

The Nerja Caves are less than 10 minutes away by car and really worth a visit.If you feel like a longer trip, the Ahambra at Granada is really worth the drive of about 70 minutes.Both are easy drives.

We would definitely recommend this property to others. The only problem we can think might occur would be for those who are a little unsteady on their feet - the property is situated at the bottom of quite a lot of steps which could be difficult for some to manage.

Overall, a wonderful holiday villa - it really must be, as we have stayed there 10 times so far!!

We have recently returned from a week’s holiday in Pueblo 60. We were greeted by Nic (the owner) and shown around the villa. It was evident he was very proud of the property and rightly so. It was immaculately clean and tidy. He asked us to water his plants in the garden which we did as it made the garden look very friendly.
On our first night we discovered that the double bed was broken. We phoned Nic the next morning and a replacement bed was installed by 11.15am that day. I've never had such quick service even in costly hotels!! The villa was just perfect for what we needed. El Capistrano Village is a lovely low key relaxing place but with the benefits of excellent amenities.
We hired a car and found some lovely beaches around the area but we never attempted the one way streets of Nerja centre!! We walked into the centre each night for drinks in the Square and a lovely meal (not one bad experience). I would say the walk takes about 30-40 minutes (depending on the height of the heals you're wearing) We used to stop off for a drink half way. It is all downhill getting into town and the Taxi's are about 7 euro's to come home at night. Well worth it!
We will definitely be going back to this villa.

A lovely, extremely clean and well equipped villa. Situated within a few foot steps away from one of the pools located within the village.
Nic and Nancy could not be more helpful and dedicated to ensuring your holiday is as enjoyable as possible.
We have a 3 year old daughter and felt pleased at how safe the villa is and ideal for her needs.
We would recommend this villa to anyone and also the village complex is beautiful and extremely well kept with constant cleaning and up keep. Nerja is a beautiful base for a holiday and somewhere we fell instantly in love with and without doubt we will return.
