6 chambres, 2 chambres à lits doubles, salon, cuisine indépendante, 2 salles de bain, loggia, terrasse.
La maison est un mélange entre tradition marocaine et conforts européens elle est très propre et bien équipée.
La finition du salon, chambres à lit et salles de bain est en Tadelec.
La maison a une terrasse près de la cuisine avec vue sur la mer, idéale pour les repas ‘al fresco’.
Il y a une autre terrasse au dernier étage pour prendre le soleil.
La maison est très proche de restaurants, cafés, boutiques et le port.

A lovely house by Bab Dukkala

We loved the house! Nice and clean rooms and a lovely sitting group in the kitchen with a view. The house is not far from the main market and easy to find. As written by others before - there are a lot of stairs in the house, so not very good for a family with small kids.

A very welcoming and pleasant Riyad with excellent staff and in a very good location. An excellent refuge when the streets of Marakech are too frenetic.

A beautiful property, with a lot of stairs! THere is only 1 room on each floor. Not a problem for us, but worth considering if you have young children, and definatly not suitable for anyone unsteady. A good location in the 'locals' end of town, so be prepared for noises, smells and sights - its the real Morocco, not the hygienic touristy version. Very clean, and Regi is extremly kind and helpful, and always at the end of the phone if you have any problems. Be prepared to eat out a lot, the kitchen has only the bare essentials, not a problem though as lots of good cheap food available. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean and showers good.
Essouira is a lovely town, the people are so friendly, the place has a very relaxed feeling (not like Marrakesh). Be prepared to get on the locals buses and visit nearby places such as Sidi Koauki. Buses are easy to find just outside the town walls (Bab Dukala) and very cheap. There aren't any sights as such, so just enjoy mooching around the town. You will be offered endless cups of mint tea as the people are so hospitable and just love children. If you want a henna tattoo, go to the lady in a textiles shop , just below the ramparts, she did a beautiful job for a good price and have the black as it lasts longer. Don't get it done in Marrakesh! On the whole, it felt very safe. I would definatly recommend a stay in Essouira to my friends.
