The condo is decorated with relaxing colors with comfortable furniture, is very clean and roomy. The balcony was a great place to watch the sunset each night and the view was incredible. It was on the first floor which was helpful so we could go down the flight of stairs to the beach or pool or take the elevator. The beach was not crowded and had amazing white sand. The water was a bit cold though. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the kitchen was stocked if we chose to eat in. We are counting the days until we return.

We just returned from a wonderful two week stay in your lovely unit. It was beautiful and had all the comforts of home with nightly show of that spectacular sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay and found the unit perfect and everyone a pleasure to deal with. If I were to make any suggestion it would be to add grab bars to the showers to make things safer for those of us who are a little wobbly on our feet and to put some kind of Levelor type blind in the sliding door for late afternoon vs the white curtains that don't look clean and get very messy. I think a blind would be the perfect solution to redirect the sun from the room and TV and allow us to see the view. The curtain is a minor item but I think it would enhance the beauty of what is already a beautiful unit. The curtain is the only think that is not up to the standard of the unit. Thanks for sharing your unit with us and we look forward to returning. Will come a little later than January next time and hope for a little warmer weather. Thanks again. We had a blast.

We had a really good time at your condo. It was nice and as the pictures showed. It was a good dollar value. The pool was nice to have right out the door. Our almost 3year old son really was learning to swim during our week stay. The beach was never too crowded like in other areas that we saw as we were visiting sites in the area. Mary was helpful in the office and tried to get the Wi-fi going better but was spotty at best during our work/vacation stay. The alarm clock was not working in the master so I bought one that had a cd player to have my sons music play at night. We left it there and a few other things in kitchen and laundry we did not have room to take back. Hope they were helpful to the next guests. Overall it was really great , but a few annoyances like the beds were still an issue and kids running in the stairwell which was right by the master.

Réponse du propriétaire: I am glad that you had a good time and that you found the condo to be nice. I am sorry to hear about the alarm clock, since a new one was purchased in May 2012. Thank you for leaving the new alarm clock with cd player and other items and I am sure future guests will appreciate them. All the matresses are new as of January 2012, so I am not sure what annoyances you may have encountered with the beds, but will try to resolve them if you email me directly. I hope that you come back to visit again soon!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo for the last 2 years. We love it here. The condo is beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very disappointed when we went to the front desk at sea oats to find out that this unit was not available for us next year. We later found it listed on VRBO but were not told that we could go there to look for it. It was already booked by the time we found it! If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

SEA OATS 101

Wow, is all we can say... We loved everything about Sea Oats 101; location to pool, beach, restaurants, shopping. The layout of this condo is fabulous; spacious yet cozy! Beautifully decorated, really felt like we were in a beach house. The pictures on line truly do none of the above mentioned justice. The extras did not go unnoticed (or unused); beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, blender, games for kids, LAUNDRY, TV's in each room, BIG screen TV in living room, small desk for computer. Thank-you for it all. We are scouring our schedules to figure out when we can book again if not this year definitely next.
PS – one teeny, tiny negative would be the cooking utensils, frying pans, pots pans... all could be upgraded.

Réponse du propriétaire: We are so pleased that you enjoyed our condo and hope to have you return! We are new owners and have tried to make the condo a beach haven for all visitors. I appreciate your comment on the cooking utensils (which were all purchased new a year ago and the silverware which was purchased in January 2012) and the pots and pans, and I will make sure that they are all upgraded! It is important that the condo has everything that one needs for a great vacation! Many times the kitchen supplies get moved to another condo when visitors rent multiple condos at Sea Oats, so I would not be surprised if many of the new pieces have found their way to another condo. In regard to the recycling, I believe, you have to bring the recycing to the City Hall. Thank you again for your comments and we hope you visit again soon!!

Our week long vacation at Sea Oats was great. The condo was nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. Everything was just as it appears in the photos. We were concerned that we picked a busy time and it would be crowded and noisy but that was not the case. The pristine white beach was enormous and never crowded. We spent many relaxing hours walking and lounging near the water. The central location provides easy access to many restaurants between Indian Rocks and John's Pass. The ones recommended by the owner were excellent. We look forward to a return visit.

We try to keep it comfy and clean which is something we look for in a vacation rental! We agree that the beach has incredible sand and because it is so large is never crowded. We stayed at your beautiful condo on one of the few rainy,cool weeks...and it still was amazing. Although it is often said that the pictures do not do the property justice, this is truly the case. The rooms were large and inviting, well decorated. The view was relaxing. The people in the office were helpful and kind. The washer and dryer was really appreciated. We found we were centrally located to visit up and down the coast. There were many fun and tasty restaurants to try..and we tried many. We hope to return someday...thank you.

A Beautiful Slice of Paradise

Recently spent a week at this lovely condo located, not minutes from, but directly on the beach! The décor was outstanding! What a pleasant surprise. Beautifully equipped with plasma TV, large kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and best of all…an amazing laundry room! After spending days in the sand, it’s a pleasure to have fresh towels and clothes.
Located near shopping and fun restaurants. Highly recommended. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Stay at Sea Oats

We spent a wonderful, relaxing week with with our two children at this lovely condo directly on the beach. The views from the condo are beautiful and the condo itself is decorated tastefully and is well equipped. The owners must have recently put a lot of work into this condo because everything felt fresh and clean and was very comfortable to use. Clearly, a lot of thought has been put into the details here and it shows! We also enjoyed the fact that the condo was on the first floor, as it made going back and forth with two kids between the beach, the pool and the condo very convenient. We highly recommend this condo for a family vacation and plan on returning again next year!
