Nice home, well stocked, plenty of space!!

The home was very nice and had plenty of space 9 guys going fishing. Very well stocked compared to other homes we've stayed at in the past. Backyard patio was nice and provided a shaded area. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded to all my questions quickly. We definitely hope to stay again next year for our fishing trip.

My family and I enjoyed this house sooo much. We loved everything about it. We walked to the uncrowded beach everyday. We enjoyed the patio outback. The view was wonderul from the third floor. This was such a beautiful home. I would recommend this house for large families. Heather was such a help when we were worried about the tropical storm that was going through the area the week before our arrival. She reassured us that we would be fine and would have a wonerful vacation. She was right. This house was better than expected. This was our third time to Panama City Beach and we love it more each time.

The house very nice and enjoyed my stay during my Spring Break. The house is very big and good for a medium sized spring break group. Only draw back was not looking for damages as soon as we stepped in the door. Lost our deposit because of a window that was broken before we got there. Didn't see it since we came and checked in at night. However, the house is very good for a vacation and has a lot to offer.

This was my first visit to Panama City Beach, FL and this vacation rental was wonderful. The decor and space was perfect for my family. It accomodated all of us with room to spare. My only complaint was there was no cable connections in the 3rd floor room which would have been perfect for the grandchildren to play with their game devices and the access to the patio was thru the first floor bedroom. The walk to the beach was just far enough to get a little walking exercise and take all of our beach equipment. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Thank you for making my first visit to PCB a very pleasant one. I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it for others to rent.

This is a lovely house close to the beautiful beach and Gulf. The property was welcoming and perfect for family activities. We had 3 teens and a 11 year old and with the 2 upper floors they were able to be away from the adults and enjoy themselves. The only drawback we experienced was that the only access to the patio was through the only bedroom on the ground floor, if someone was sleeping in that room the others had to go out and around the house to access the patio area.

Wonderful, expansive cottage. Three floors and all are beautifully decorated and everything you need to make your stay very relaxing. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but right in an area of many nice, out of the way, restaurants, and the beach is just a very short walk away. Wonderful grocery store right down the street that offers excellent cuts of meat and wine and even a liquer store right next door to the grocery. Fresh seafood stores are also close by. I'd definitely stay again, really clean, convenient and FUN! No problems whatsoever, and there's a big shopping area right up the road with many nice stores!

What can I say about my trip. WONDERFUL The house was perfect it meet all of our needs. The back deck was enjoyed by all we cooked out several nights and did most of entertaining there.The shower outside was great to clean off after a day at the beach and this area of Panama Beach is great not crowded but close to everything. On our next trip to Panama Beach we will be sure to stay at this house. Thank you for opening your home to us, we really enjoyed our stay.

Réponse du propriétaire: Thank you for your review! Your and your group were wonderful guests and are welcome back anytime! We are going down next week and I cannot wait to sit on that back deck and listen to some good music and feel the gulf breezes. During the summer months, it's great to take a real shower out back (that's why the walls of it are so high;-) so I keep some shampoo and soap out there and it's all ready for me when I get back from the beach. We have friends coming next week who have kids the same age as ours, so we plan to bring the Wii for the third floor room and then they will be well entertained while we enjoy that deck! Let me know when you feel the pull of the ocean and salt air again!

Perfect Perfect Perfect!

Our group of 10 included both adults & children. This beach house was roomy enough that we didn't all feel like we were stumbling over one another. The decor is so beachy & fun & just adds to the atmosphere of your PCB vacation experience! Though not located directly on the beach, the walk is super short to Access 81 in the Laguna Beach area. It was away from the hustle & bustle which made for a perfect family atmosphere! The outdoor deck was so nice for us adults to grab a daquiri from one of the local daquiri shacks & just chill after a long day at the beach!
I will definately book here on our next trip & believe me, I'm counting the days!

We have thoroughly enjoyed making the house express our love for the beach and the carefree and relaxed state of mind we get each time we visit. The location does contribute to feeling relaxed, because even though it is close to the attractions, it's not in the midst of them. Since we added the deck, we have noticed that we like to hang out there instead of going out to eat every night. Certainly makes the trip less expensive! You are welcome to come back anytime!

PERFECT BEACH HOUSE

We stayed the week of July 3-10. We were worried that there might be oil or tarballs on the beach but the water was clear and the beaches were absolutely beautiful!! The house was perfect for our family group. We could hang out together or there was enough room to have your own space when you needed it. The house is set up perfectly for a beach house and the distance to the beach was a very short walk. We highly recommend this house to any family considering a stay at Panama City Beach and we will try to stay here again when we return to the area.
