The stay at your townhouse was very nice. It was the perfect pick for our ‘home away from home’ for our extended visit to your area. All appliances were in working order and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect – close to town and within walking distance of the SPAC. Even when we locked ourselves out of the home, the owner was there in a very short time to let us in! Our security deposit was returned in a very reasonable time. It was a perfect fit for our needs and we hope to stay again in the near future.

Great Location for Concert at SPAC!

We had a great time at this condo! It's a superb location when going to anything at SPAC...about 5-10 minute walk. The condo is very comfortable and has plenty of necessities when you want to "live as if you were home". We grilled, enjoyed the deck, pool, and other amenities the place offered.
Nurit was great to communicate with. He was prompt with emails and gave us a lot of advise re: SPAC and the condo location.
We loved our visit and will return again for other concerts!

We enjoyed our stay and we were equipped with all the amenities of home. Propererty is well kept in a quiet residentail area, pool and tennis courts were a nice add on. The owner kept business transactions simple and to the point which was a nice welcome for those of us who lead busy lives, security deposit was returned promptly as stated. Our family enjoyed the stay and would stay at this property again. Thank you Nurit, we look forward to working with you in the near future! P.S. Loved the books too!

Our family had a lovely week in Saratoga Springs. The house is well kitted out and the pool and tennis courts are steps from the back door. When we arrived there were no tennis rackets available for use and I mentioned this to Nurit - overnight 4 new rackets appeared for our family use while there. What excellent customer service!
The house is beside the state park, which you can easily walk to, using a bridge which crosses the highway. We got tickets to see the NYC ballet, which was a real treat.
I would recommend this house to anyone - but you will need a car to get into Saratoga itself.
