David, sooo happy with your place! Everyone had a great time. Nothing but wonderful! from the good location,to the spacious CLEAN perfect layout with plenty of room for everyone. Could not imagine renting anywhere else the next time we come back, and yes they are already asking WHEN lol. Thanks again for a wonderful family vacation full of nothing but great memories!!

Just returned from a fabulous long weekend of family time and relaxation. This is a great house with many amenities that are hard to find in an affordable rental. So much space to spread out - our three children immediately fell in love with the 4th floor space and claimed it as their own! The boardwalk and many choice restaurants were an easy drive (or could be a longer leisurely walk in better weather). Outlets were a 5-minute drive, and a great bakery and diner were literally steps away - even our little guy didn't complain about the very short walk! Furnishings were lovely and modern. Although some furniture is showing the effects of careless renters, it doesn't interfere with comfort. Recent upgrades are evident and chosen well. Only thing really missing was wifi - didn't realize we'd become so dependent on it until it wasn't there! Overall, this home was immaculate and very comfortable, and wish we could have stayed one more day...or maybe forever. Thanks David!

Well, my family & I just returned from the beach and we stayed in this home and it was wonderful. There were 9 of us all together and plenty of room for all!! Great size of the rooms and the kitchen had enough room for everyone to move around without running into each other, enough bathrooms for all. We spent most of our nights on the 2nd floor screened in porch, that way wouldn't have to worry about bugs, great idea there!! Not far from the beach and great dinning places too! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who may be looking for somewhere to stay that is like home and very peaceful. The kids loved the pool too, it was great to just be able to walk a little ways. I wanted to say Thank You to David for letting us stay and we so look forward to staying again soon!!

This is our second time staying at this home. We really love staying there especially because of the pool and we have EVERYTHING we need there. It is truly like our home away from home. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and 3 and 1/2 baths is fabulous for our crowd. The entry area to leave our sandy items and Washer/Dryer are a bonus. We like the fact that the home is away from all the hussle bussle BUT not too far away that we can't walk to the boardwalk and other locations. If your not into walking, there is always the trolley or drive and pay to park. We were a little dissapointed that it hasn't been repainted (which it could use) in three years. Sadly it is starting to look worn due to misuse by tenants. The kitchen, dining and living area have a great open setting making our dining times that much more special. We save hundreds of dollars by making most meals and only dining out once in a while. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the owners, but truly appreciate that they have made this rental a "home" not just a rental and that they were gracious to share their home for us to enjoy. We will book this home again. Our grandchildren think this is OUR beach house and occasionally ask when we are going to go back.... ;) soon I tell them!

Our volleyball group as been staying here for a few years now - twice in one year on several occassions. We love it. It's a great way for the whole group to be together and we have considered it our home away from home now.

We try to book every May and Sept if we can.

The owners are great and very accommodating for our group.
